Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytm @vijayshekhar paytm assistant tool sucks dude. It is providing badest experience. Yesterday was last day to pay postpaid bill, paytm didn’t allow to payback because it felt suspicious transactions. No I received penalty. No customer care support. This is why you lose trust
