Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

I send ₹200/- through paytm(208807036560 T-ID). But still 3working over, receiver don't get it.I contacted with paytm customer service but they blame bank and they don't have responsibility.Please resolve my issue today other wise I'll take action.@vijayshekhar @Paytm

My trust with @Paytm has now completely broken... I will close & stop using all the Paytm related accounts and had started deactivating few of them. I had raised issue in chat support 4-5 times but everytime bot replies. had called two times but no issue solved. @Paytmcare
