Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@gradeupapp @Paytm Customer support is zero dont use paytm service since more than 30 day followups but still issue not solved knowledge less staff here cant understand issue of customer beware from paytm other platform like mobikwik and freecharge are better option

Dear @Paytm it has been more than 4 days since I’ve reached out for help from your end. I have no FIR proof as due to covid half officials are unavailable and half have denied my request!! There should be some solution from your end! Kindly look into it #cybersecurity #paytm
