    Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

    @Paytm @goairlinesindia please issue my refund. Reconciliation is you internal issue. It is not a good policy . In future I will not suggest anyone to book air ticket through paytm.

    @Paytm and @PhonePe_ @Paytmcare u didnt reply me yet about the issue we are facing using ur services what is the convenience fee u r charging on payments made from credit cards and what is the matter behind it . Then why would the banks issue credit cards and why we people takit

    @Paytmcare 45 hours have passed since my first complaint but nothing happened so far. No one is paying heed to my problem. Is this your customer service. Such a bad customer service of Paytm. I have sent many messages to your Paytm customer care account but nothing happened.
