Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

My 2800 rs are stuck in wallet which I am not able transfer/pay through for last 15 days but I have not been able to speak on call/text with a human being.
