Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

From last 3 months @AxisBankSupport is lingering the issue in the name of customer ID generation. @AxisBank you can not pay EMI before your due date.. Even if you pay on your own from @Paytm they will still attempt fake ECS, and charge you for bounce charges.

@Paytmcare I'm trying to reach out to customer care executive from 2 weeks now. I have sent so many messages as well but no one is responding. This is very disheartening to see how Paytm is treating their customers. Our fastag account is related to that paytm number as well.
