@Paytmcare Sir my name is ashish kumar I am Paytm postpaid customer Sir my bill was generated on 1st June for ₹620 Sir I paid the full bill on 5th June On 7th June still it kept showing pending and now i have got a message that your account has been blocked due to pending bill .

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney My account got logged out automatically and even customer care are not bothered to solve the issue. I have huge amount in paytm wallet and I can't even get to know the wallet balance as the OTP is blocked by Paytm. This is very disappointing.

@Paytm not sure who has designed your app, process to close fast tag is different in the options which you should e in manage fast tag… I even tried to call the number mentioned 18001204210 and it is not working… can you guide me how to close/deactivate the Paytm fast tag?
