@Paytmcare Sir my name is ashish kumar I am Paytm postpaid customer Sir my bill was generated on 1st June for ₹620 Sir I paid the full bill on 5th June On 7th June still it kept showing pending and now i have got a message that your account has been blocked due to pending bill .

@Paytmcare @FinMinIndia I have been trying to close the Fastag account linked to my PAYTM account. I call customer care, you promptly send a link which takes me to a bot that gives me all options except that to close the fastag account. There is no human interface at all.

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's really disappointing to see even after recharge airtel broadband , my internet services are not stored. Most weird part , I used ThanksApp, airtel bank to made the transaction and customer care is now suggesting to use @Paytm or other mode

@vijayshekhar @Paytm has one of the most pathetic customer support and after sales support. I had bought a pos machine but i had to return it for over charging. The same was informed to the executive immediately but he on purpose delayed the complaint and it exceeded the time

@Paytmcare What ******** wrong with Paytm and Paytm care executives? I had Paytm yearly membership and I renewed for this year but I got only for 6 months. When I complaint about this. Paytm care ask me to check FAQs for knowing the validity. Everyone will check T&Cs and not FAQs
