@Paytmcare Sir my name is ashish kumar I am Paytm postpaid customer Sir my bill was generated on 1st June for ₹620 Sir I paid the full bill on 5th June On 7th June still it kept showing pending and now i have got a message that your account has been blocked due to pending bill .

@MyntraSupport There is an offer of 500 cashback on making minimum 1000rs. payment with Paytm UPI with credit card. Still I haven’t got any cashback . @Paytmcare please look into the issue.

@Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar today after multiple days of asking the so called "customer support," the reason they tell me is it's a charge for using the platform (which very conveniently is the same percentage as what other platforms charge as transaction fees). Is this true or is your customer service bad?
