@Paytmcare Sir my name is ashish kumar I am Paytm postpaid customer Sir my bill was generated on 1st June for ₹620 Sir I paid the full bill on 5th June On 7th June still it kept showing pending and now i have got a message that your account has been blocked due to pending bill .

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank wrong charges are been levied from my account of paytm. And i m trying to reach customer care but its not been connected. Add on to that your chat bot is also not smart that it transfer to agents. Just i need is my wrong charges back.

It's been 5 months, and technical expert team of @Uber_India couldn't find the solution of my problem. Even after following up for last 5 months, I am not able to link my @Paytm with Uber. Thanks to @UberINSupport for stretching the issue for so long time.
