  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare This issue has been pending since 16 April and I still haven’t received my refund. Multiple follow-ups have only resulted in repeated “we are checking”responses. Please provide the refund ARN/UTR number and confirm when the amount will be credited. @jagograhakjago

  @Paytmcare I have a mobile recharge coupon valid till 5th May I applied it & tried a mobile recharge but the payment failed before initiating Since then the recharge is pending & I am unable to reuse the code also Plz help @Paytm
