@Paytmcare Sir my name is ashish kumar I am Paytm postpaid customer Sir my bill was generated on 1st June for ₹620 Sir I paid the full bill on 5th June On 7th June still it kept showing pending and now i have got a message that your account has been blocked due to pending bill .

As it would have been of no use to reach Rajasthan on the rescheduled date, I contacted your Customer Care and they advised me to cancel the tickets and assured me that I will get full refund of the ticket fare. Pursuant to which I cancelled the tickets. @Paytm @PaytmTravel

@PaytmMoneyCare @Paytm @Paytmcare you guys claim to provide 24/7 service and how? It's been almost a week since I have submitted a request and I still don't have any update on it. An executive called and said that it'll be resolved in 2 days. It's been 4 days since that.

Just ashamed of using Paytm app. Worst service ever. You guys are dedeucting the amount while booking the ticket and not I am not able to book the ticket. Just Worthless and worst service @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel. Ashamed of the service.

@GS18692 @Paytm I have faced same issue but mistake was mine. Whenever we scan the code, there are suggestions down to the scanner place and sometimes we mistakenly touch the suggested shopkeeper. Software automatically choose that particular shopkeeper and payment goes to that
