@Paytmcare have been continously requesting for surrendering soundbox but every month the amount gets cut , despite not using Paytm or Paytm soundbox , u will lose customers like me who already have ported all payments too Bharat pe , resolve this **** at earliest

@Paytm @Paytmcare I had raised a ticket on 13 Oct 21 regarding a upi payment on 03 Oct 21. The amount got deducted from my Bank but the merchant didn't receive the same. Till now I have received no answer from your team inspite of multiple calls to your customer care. #paytm

Worst service by @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Waiting for settlement to bank from 16th Oct. Contacted customer care thrice. Each time they said they'll call again in 2 days. They never did. It's more than 10 days, my money is stuck. Never use Paytm Business!
