@Paytmcare It doesn't look like the team is really proactive. The airline issued a refund on 26th May, and paytm didn't issue it to me until I escalated i.e on 5th June. I reject your claim that you have a proactive refund team.

@Paytmcare not take any action yet . I missed my exam and paid double the bus fare while waiting. Even then if I had not bought the ticket from Paytm and had booked directly from the bus site, I could have cancelled the bus.
