@SonalChauhan876 @PaytmPostpaid @Paytmcare They don’t. I have 10 DMs and three times they called for my Number. Same number and no response, no resolution. They have no physical service centre and we don’t know how to interact meaningfully. This handle is a pure sham.

No Customer Support available in Paytm app & they created automated chat box .. which didnt help .. and for call they only issued IVR .. Not able to communicate directly to any person… Now issue is pending & you have only option- LOSS #paytm @Paytm

I must say @Paytm got the worst ever support team, good for nothing, their dedicated care accounts on Instagram, Twitter don't even reply back, their so called 24×7 support on app is another low by them @Paytmcare @PaytmBank #worst #paytmkaro
