@AEHarshada @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Soon after I lodged a complain about my transaction failure and amount debited from bank account, I came with a spammer call to install anydesk.He pretends to be a paytm customer. Although I refused to do so, but it is not possible without paytm involvement.

@vineethjagan @Paytmcare Paytm employs close to illiterate folks in cust service, that is based on my years of communication with them. Thus due to lack of intellectuality they only follow SOP. If asking for customer number is standard then for everything they will do the same.

@Paytmcare @vineethjagan @vijayshekhar a perfect & secure system is just not engineering alone, but community feedback too. Seems like paytm is ego driven. If there is a bug if your guys feels bad about it, fix it & say done. Why to create a drama.
