I've tried to apply for KYC at least 1000 times for my @Paytm wallet. The app crashes. Their customer service number doesn't work. The calls don't get through. And now I'm just stuck with a chunk of money in my wallet that can't be transferred to my account. It's been AGES.

@Paytm Paytm become a cheaters I decided that I'll not use Paytm in future because there is no any customer service or support available here to help they don't care of customer's money..I got 13k postpaid bill against my 3k spend and no one available to reply on my complaint

Dear @HeroFinCorpLtd i have took the loan from @Paytmcare personal Loan for the month of November Emi i paid Manually to close my Loan. Due to app slow and crash of paytm i paid two times through Paytm and PhonePe. No body is responding please refund my amount Asap.
