    Absolutely Pathethic Not Heard Back from PayTM on my issue, I ordered 2 Fastags and only 1 is added to my account been 10 days since delivery. Issue still not resolved No response from PayTM @Paytm

    @NembuKol Include all Sanghis into the list...@Paytm for instance is a Sanghi run firm. Completely get out of Paytm and educate all shop owners to do so. @GooglePay this is your chance, get aggressive in TN. We don’t mind supporting a foreign brand to bring down a Sanghi

    @Paytmcare You guys suck at customer care.... I bought a #FAStag 3 weeks back but it's stuck due to some issue. I raised 5 tickets using app but no response. Calls to cust srvc are not being answered. An online business with such poor customer service is bound to fail soon

    @Paytm why would i keep money in your wallet with no interest by UPI. Instead i can UPI to the merchant directly. Charging 2% for adding money via Credit card is not appropriate and your transactions will go down drastically. All the best.

    Worst customer experience with @Paytm fastag. Amount deducted multiple Times without even visiting the toll plaza. When I raised the complaint in 24x7 help, they replied "correct amount has been deducted" without resolving the issue. #paytm #fastag

    Jo solution till now. @IRCTCofficial saying to check with @AxisBankSupport Axis bank is saying to check with @Paytm paytm is asking to check with Axis. Can any of them will tell how to proceed? I want to travel with my pet. Poor and pathetic service.

    @Paytmcare I haven't concern about transaction. I have problems to your Employees how threated me when i said show me your I'd card before any changes in my Account. Because i have already QR code of Paytm. Then he said it's mine i can do whatever I want because I'm employee of paytm.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Already complaint on Paytm still no response not expected, bus ticket from lucknow-delhi on 21-3-22, Poor bus service bad smell inside bus & bus operator misbehave while talking, seats are also not comfortable, Ticket:22065765805 Pl Refund our ticket amount back

    @Paytmcare Didn't get any response from your side I'm trying to reach customer care they didn't answer the call when I raise the ticket they show they will reache me back with in 4 hours but rat ke 12.30 ho gye hai Abhi tak ni response are bhai middle family wala kaha jaega kindly response
