    @Paytmcare ICICI credit card is restricted on PAYTM website for doing transactions of electricity payments, getting message sorry, this transaction is declined as our system surveilance has flagged your account from making this transaction when you mention credit card details.

    @Paytm As much as you spend on advertisement, if you would have sept 1/2 of rhat in getting your process easy and getting better customer care executive and better interactive app the customers would have been happy
