@Paytm it is very difficult to do any transaction with paytm. I paid credit card bill of 10k, which is showing in progress since yesterday morning. No customer care support. Thankfully i tried with 10k, my entire bill was more than 1lakh. Today is due date. No update on it

@Paytmcare You team is asking me to contact SBI. WHY WOULD I? this issue or bug is induced by your pathetic app and it's your team who should be responsible for contacting sbi and getting the resolution. Why should I suffer?
