    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have a Paytm business account. I don't have any sound box but they deducted Rs. 496/- every month from last 2 month. The customer care number is not working. Invoice No: 8564169787 Invoice Date: 31.05.2026. this is fraud.

Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete. If you face any error, share the exact message via DM, and I'll assist further.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?
