    Problem is that private messages are not getting responses as per the SLA defined by @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare Hence risk of sharing personal info on public domain is being taken

    @Paytmcare I’m unable to complete VKYC for my Paytm Payments Bank account. My name was earlier “Satyender Yadav” but now updated to “Satyender”, due to which VKYC is failing. Please assist in resolving this issue at the earliest.

I’m only receiving generic responses with no actual action. ₹1090 has been wrongly deducted despite fulfilling the offer conditions. I need an immediate refund & clear resolution, not automated replies. Please resolve within 48 hours, or I will escalate this matter further. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness POS issue is now resolved and new machine is working. However, ₹3008 taken by agent Vishnu Sagar (+91 8770862325) under false pretext is still unresolved. Requesting refund and strict action against the agent. Ticket: 500007902909

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Ticket No: 500007902909 72 hours timeline crossed but no engineer visit yet. POS machine not working + no QR in app. Already ₹3000 taken by agent Vishnu Sagar. Facing continuous financial loss. If not resolved urgently, I will escalate to consumer forum.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmMoneyCare @PaytmMoney what kind customer support do you have for your product? you have a number which is busy (for more than 2 hrs) you create an internal ticket which no one responds to. you mark the withdrawal request complete without tranfering the money.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare It has been 3-4 days and my issue remains unresolved. Despite your claims, the 'other wallet' option is still active. Please escalate this immediately. If you cannot fix this, initiate the removal of the Soundbox from my store as I no longer wish to use your service
