@Paytmcare @Paytm is fooling customers, bigbasket has refunded on 29 jul but still not credited to Paytm wallet, your customer care is crap, by no means can speak to a human. Raised ticket 3205296409, but no resolution yet. BB has provided the txn ID of successful refund.

I made an order for paytm POS machine on 22nd july 2022 and got physical verification done on 26th july still till date i got no update for the delivery of the machine Hope paytm resolves the issue @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness
