Problem is that private messages are not getting responses as per the SLA defined by @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare Hence risk of sharing personal info on public domain is being taken

@Paytmcare In my call with Paytm customer agent, the conversation shows like clear insurance fraud. Despite valid responses, the agent kept trying to find reasons to deny a legitimate claim. Since Paytm calls are recorded, this should be reviewed. I’m not naming the agent here!

Hour 2 Update: Still no resolution from @Paytmcare Replied to my ticket with the same scripted response – “We are working on it, please wait.” No timeline, no explanation. Full amount deducted, partial recharge delivered. This is not okay. fix the issue properly!

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Paytm is completely misleading its customers. They are now claiming the ₹49 offer has expired, even though this is my very first rental deduction. It’s impossible for an introductory offer to 'expire' before the first payment is even due. @nch1915

@BajajFinserv @Paytm A UPI AutoPay mandate got activated during an attempted EMI purchase, but the order was NOT completed and no OTP was given for EMI activation. The mandate shows active and cannot be cancelled from Paytm. Kindly help deactivate it at the earliest. 🙏

Starting now, I'll tweet every hour with updates on my Paytm issue. I did a mobile recharge via @Paytm – full amount deducted from my account, but only partial recharge received. Raised multiple complaints, but no response yet! This feels like a scam. @Paytmcare @Paytm
