  Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, it’s been over 2 MONTHS since my flight refund of ₹5,253 was processed by the airline, but it hasn't reached my bank account! Multiple emails sent to your support team have been completely ignored. Is this how you treat your customers? Please resolve ASAP!

  @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

  @vijayshekhar , your Paytm service sucks..if there are any frauds, nobody responds in either online chat an ur AI chat both has lower IQ than 5 Yr old..Please get u house in order on such simple issues before projecting on cutting-edge tech @Paytmcare
