    Problem is that private messages are not getting responses as per the SLA defined by @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare Hence risk of sharing personal info on public domain is being taken

    Pathetic service @Paytm most unreliable always having some or the other issues. Currently I’m being said “BAD NETWORK” while all other apps are working perfectly fine.

    @Paytmcare still haven't received the new policy. I am extremely disappointed with the service from both Paytm and Tata AIG. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Please help me and issue my policy as soon as possible. I am very worried. Thank you.

    @Paytmcare we have raised deactivation request of card machine on your merchant care app on 25th july , got no response till now Infact on my ticket there is number of a agent (sahil) who will pick up We called him , he had no professionalism Very bad service Need help
