    Problem is that private messages are not getting responses as per the SLA defined by @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare Hence risk of sharing personal info on public domain is being taken

    @sheefal @Paytmcare @Paytm Never use paytm, they sell their roduct with huge promises but at the time of need shows their back. They have no service after sale. You keep on calling but no response. So I will request all not to use paytm.

    I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago.After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen.I have already contacted customer care multiple times. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm I have booked a flight ticket in the morning and till now it is showing pending. Indigo customer support is saying they have not received any details. @Paytm customer support I am not able to reach.Amount is deducted. Check n let me know. Pathetic support from @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Thank you for the update. I would like to request that this case be treated as a denied boarding issue and not as a standard non-refundable cancellation. I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff. I request you to kindly coordinate with the airline and ensure a fair resolution with a full refund. PNR: 14N04D Looking forward to a prompt update.
