    @Paytm Since last 5 day i am trying to update my paytm registered number as i my old number has closed. I tried to customer care many time but only computer voice, but mailed, but only getting autogenerated mails. but problem is not solved till now.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm what is the status of my complain almost 3days passed.we did not see any progress from your side.I wnt my money which is misusing by you.will not use the Paytm in future .You do the fraud with customer money.will sugst othr don't use Paytm for any txn

    @Paytm @Paytmcare my paytm payments bank account has became Dormant but whenever i call customer service they tell me it is Inactive and Cut the Call telling me stupid reasons.. I don't know what to do.. looks like i have to delete my paytm acc

    @Paytmcare You would have resolved my problem if your team were serious about my problem. Don't you think your statement is contradictory in itself ? What the hell your refund team is doing for the last 02 months. This clearly depicts that how sincerely your team is working. #paytmmatkaro

    @Paytmcare @IndiGo6E can you please advise why is it taking so long to refund the proceed of PNR IS7VJB to Paytm (travel agent). I was been confirmed by Indigo customer service that balance amount had been refunded. @Paytmcare
