    @Paytm I have 1000rs to paytm wallet. I am unable to send the money to the bank account as it asking upgrade KYC. Why didn't you ask me to update KYC before adding money to wallet ? Is this looting money from people? I have tried for Video KYC many times. But it is not working.

    Hi @vijayshekhar, I want to convey my experience with @Paytm. I tried calling @Paytmcare customer support twice or thrice to deactivate my merchant soundbox which is not in use. The service of Paytm is very pathetic. I didn’t expected this kind of service.

    @Paytm, it's been 3 months and I am still trying to close my postpaid account. I have raised multiple query tickets but they have all been marked as resolved without actually closing my account. This is poor customer support. Please close my account ASAP.
