  @Paytmcare I have been trying to pay my postpaid bill but somehow it was failing again and again and there was no clarification on why the money wasn’t getting deposited (obviously was a server issue of PAYTM) and i am still charged a late fee when paytms server is at fault.

  @Paytm I was issued a ticket whose number was 3253738201 regarding that I got your reply 5 days back from today that our team will get in touch with you within 2 days. But today it has been 5 days but your team has not yet made any contact with me nor solved my problem.
