    @Paytmcare Paytm is asking to verify my Aadhar whenever I try to login into my payments Bank. I have already given my KYC detail. I called your customer care but they haven't solved my issue they were just transferring the call. Paytm sucks.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @Paytmcare neither you guys can solve the issue when someone reaches you out on twitter nor is there any customer care number through which a customer care representative can be reached. Only useless IVR is there. I am requesting you again and again to resolve my issue

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I have an issue with my Paytm savings bank since 1st may. I have raised a ticket on this on 4th May. No agent is taking care . Today is 21st may. The issue is not yet solved. For every 3 days I will get a reply saying that the issue will be solved in ASAP

    @Paytm do you want me to update my KYC with PAN Card every month ? Last month I had updated my KYC by submitting PAN details and now I’m facing same issue again this month Is this is a monthly process ?
