    Is there any option to talk to your coustomer care executives directly i have been trying to reach them since last week regarding a fastag issue but I can't isn't there any meaningful mechanism to help your coustomers? @Paytmcare

    @paytmbankcare Really distraught at the behaviour and lack of support meted out by #paytmcare absolutely flummoxed at how the ADHAAR card and many such personal documents are being manhandled by the org please de link my ADHAAR and delete my Paytm account
