@Paytmcare - you don't even have a system where your executives can be connected through phone. My account is blocked due to no fault of mine and I can't even speak to someone. Raising service tickets is also not helping. Do you want to lose customers like that? And is this care?

Was asked for KYC despite being an active user of @PaytmBank. When tried completing the KYC online, it got failed. Then the KYC Center charged rupees for doing the KYC. And now that I've processed for KYC, still the account is not activated. @Paytmcare please help!

I wonder why people didnt use paytm. It provides a one stop for all the finiancial needs and above all, the paytm bank can be our primary account for upi as it never fails nor does gives a server down error. It really is reliable. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare My Paytm Bank KYC gets rejected multiple time even though my data are true. I could not transfer the funds to Paytm bank. Already raised the ticket once the ticket closed the same issue repeating again.😠😤
