@paytmbankcare @PaytmCybercell @Paytm This company do not have any calling no. For helping its customers They do not even understand a single issue of its customers. In the past month I tried to update my mobile number so they blocked my account for 30 days.

There is issue with paytm. I have submitted for paytm sbi credit card.I've not submitted any documents. But in status it showing that documents are submitted in offline. Any one can collect the card. Even I have not received any message related to document submission.@Paytmcare

@deep_as_k @Paytm Hmm simple he RBI say reply that PA license application again ! Till time continue what you have by this rejection they try to say there is no impact on current business! This PA if approve they can directly provide service to online merchant like LIC without required bank accout

@Paytm My Paytm Bank Account has freezed since 2 days i even also contacted their customer executive they just saying we have forwarded your concern to our team member . Very awful experience with paytm customer service they won't solve your any issue at all . @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

@Paytm Lets see but rbi is slowly banning products of mainly paytm such as kyc or this lisence what should one consider company is not upto the mark share prices are at the lowest and even go down further overall nothing can be said

@Paytmcare I requested to change the vehicle number for my Fastag. I've submitted all the documents. It's been more than a month but still it shows the document is in verification. Even there is no option to cancel my active Fastag. P.S. Poor customer support 😡
