@paytmbankcare @PaytmCybercell @Paytm This company do not have any calling no. For helping its customers They do not even understand a single issue of its customers. In the past month I tried to update my mobile number so they blocked my account for 30 days.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I've submitted the request for deactivation of my Paytm postpaid service, activate it only if you can provide the buy now pay later facilities with zero convenience fees like your competitors do. Thanks you. It's pathetic to pay convenience for each month.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar such a pathetic service. I added money to my Paytm wallet selecting a cashback offer manually but u activated a different cashback offer in backend (obviously of lesser amount). Raising a ticket or speaking to cust care is a task - too complex
