@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytmcare @Paytm First app where there is no option to cancel the bus ticket. Even after contacting customer care on phone number and on twitter, no cancellation of my ticket till now. Why there is no option in app to cancel the ticket?
