  Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

  @Paytmcare i purchase paytm pos machine A50 model brand new machine not working airtel sim is mot working no signal isssue is that the sevice paytm provided..? Useless services fraud company helpline service nt working.wat the hell is this.? If u cant provide service return it.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I have already done my kyc and In profile its also showing kyc verified and on adding money in wallet its showing to verify kyc. What's the issue why I need to again verify my kyc and why there is no online kyc option?
