@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytmcare Hello @PaytmMall I order a product and paid already and I got a call from paytm care and they asked to placed or cancel. I cancelled the product 3 Days before and hadn’t receive my money back… no customer care no. is working . No customer care is available to solve problem.
