    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

    @Paytmcare, I had raised my concern multiple times (Ticket: 182899474) regarding the flight booking issue but it is not yet resolved. I had wait every time for more than 30 minutes on IVR but this is not yet resolved. This is not accepted from big companies like this.
