Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytm Your movie pass is horrible. Firstly I wasn't able to use it for a movie due to technical issues. Today I was booking another movie and had to manually enter the 16 digit code instead of the app automatically doing it. Forget buying your stock, I am going to short it.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I raised a request to update KYC in my new mobile number 1 week before with ticket ID 3128662539, till now no solution received.Everyday one new query.I have given my all documents supporting ticket.Such a worst customer service.I am forced to use google pay now
