@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Don't you have agents for the customer care number. After listening long time to the automated call still we are not able to connect to the CC. Then to whom and how the exact issue can be shared and resolved. Need assistance asap. This is a long pending issue.

@pasari_ypasari @Paytmcare Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Multitask_support on Instagram who got it fixed in a few hours
