Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

@Paytmcare What a pathetic and slow backend team you have!! I have raised one ticket (#3150345499) to close my fastag which is stolen. After 12 days still your team is not able to close fastag and ticket is still open. They even really dont know what is issue with this fastag.
