Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare i have issue with Late payment changes. I am unable to pay yesterday due to my bank UPI service was unavailable. that’s why i have been charged very big late charges for few hours. I have already paid my total outstanding today with late fee.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Why a customer need to do re KYC if we have already done. Just because they haven't used wallet in last 12 months, what is the point of disabling wallet and then ask for 150 Rs for reactivating on the name of kyc
