@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytmcare @Paytm since last month I am not getting any mails for Paytm postpaid for paying the bills. This time you guys deducted late fees for this but on raising the concerns u did not reply on ur help section. Since I have started using this I have always paid on time.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Is this fair to apply almost 10% of bill as late fine for postpaid customer for 2 days delay without even a single intimation to customer. No call/message/email and apply late fee directly. In case this is your strategy than we need to delete our account.
