@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytmcare I've never experienced as many problems with other apps I use, but Paytm Money is by far the worst trading app I've ever used. The program's UI is awful and it has too many complexities and interruptions. I'll switch to another broker and will never suggest Paytm Money to anyone.

@Paytm I have 8390 rs..in my Paytm account..it was blocked since dec 8th 2021..still Paytm customer care don't have time to unblock my account..13months passes..still they need time.. cheating at high level..I'm doctor by profession working in military forces..what abt others

I did transaction using @Paytm on 19/12/2022 but the transaction went on pending and the amount got deducted from my account but it was not reached on the other side till now. I raised ticket and they keep saying it will complete in 2-4 working days,customer care also not working
