Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytmcare Worst customer service. No timely response nothing. Just because they didn't reply on time, i had to paid penalty for Paytm postpaid of more than INR 700. They blocked my account due to which I was not able to pay the amount but still they put late payment charges.
