@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytmcare Worst support and application every for payment. First the payment was stucked for 2 days. support not available for help i had to pay twice now they can't help retrieve. they don't give importance to the customer. worst app & support ever switching to other apps.

@jaissified @Paytmcare The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @zems_ins for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
