    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Doing fraud with KYC of customer. Some other name is showing on my profile and i am not able to change/do KYC because of this.I have raised concern and without solving the problem, they are marking ticket as closed. need immediate action to be taken against them

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar And do some improvement like in phone if the any ( sender or reciver) bank server is down then they don't allow to do the transaction. Which leads to, that transaction doesn't go in pending. So if we don't have to wait for the confirmation of the transaction.

    @TheOfficialSBI @Paytmcare says that it has been cleared from our side and says that coordinate with your home branch with RRN no. - 30001010531052080094844. And home branch employees saying that we r unable to help you for this matter. Request to you resolve this issue ASAP. 2/2

    @Paytm it’s impossible to reach the supposed ‘24x7 customer service’! Have an issue to be resolved but they just send you in the same useless FAQ loop rather than actually help resolve. Ridiculous.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Just now I checked the help section in app. The reason for error is name mismatch in kyc document and in my pan. I changed my name in Aadhar (after kyc) now I want to update the same in paytm app . So that I can update my pan and I can activate paytm postpaid.

    @Paytmcare I am facing the problem in paytm login from since first lock down when I was working from home, I have raised the complain so many times but no one help me to resolving the issue till now from the paytm support team, Very poor service 😞

    @Paytm @Paytmcare QUERY REFERENCE NO . 183877316. HAVE CALLED UP TWICE AT CUSTOMER CARE, STILL THEY ARE ASKING FOR TIME. I AM TRAVELLING AND PAYING DOUBLE THE TOLL BECAUSE OF ERROR FROM YOUR SIDE..
