Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Is we are working on the issue. On one hand they will say they are working on the issue in the other hand they will continue harassing by loads of phone calls and messages. @Paytm have some shame. Being such a big organization don't involve in such petty behaviour.

Hey, @Paytmcare When I am trying to do a transaction on namecheap using paypal I am always getting an error message saying that Transaction type currently disabled on your card ending **** but everything is enabled still I am not able to pay. Regards Aditya

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have reported fraudulent transaction today and got a massage saying it will take 3 working days? Do you really think fraud will wait for you 3 days to withdraw money?? 3days ?? That to working days??
