@Paytm the problem with paytm is that it is for young users and it looks complicated , paytm needs to overhaul the whole ui system and change the colour , go something different.

@skjsaurabh I think first @Paytm should provide a solution to its BC agents because customer care themselves was helpless and clueless how to sort out the issue. Because of that Iam unable to activate fastag which is lying in my hand and do KYC for customers

Is @Paytm @Paytmcare doing fraud by blocking people 2 use their wallet in name of "KYC not updated. Pls visit customer centre or customer care to update" but when you go to update, app says that "Your KYC is updated" @vijayshekhar seems 2 b unaware of what's happening in Paytm

@Paytm I started Online payment With you, Year Gone , And quality service of paytm is going to down to earth , Till now i faced 3 Transaction issue ,100 rupees ,228 rupees and 70 rupees Everytime i contact with your helpline , and Till now they unable To solve this problem.
