.@sequoia when you fund all these SAAS companies, please ensure their business model has a robust, well thought out and effective customer care program. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter how good the product is. If their customer service sucks, everything sucks. .@Paytm for instance

@nitin_gadkari your Fastag initiative is excellent but in case of wrong deduction the redressal system is very poor. Some tolls are manipulating software and charging excess which is almost impossible to recover back. @NHAI_Official @Paytmcare
