hi @Paytmcare @paytm on 6 dec I did my paytm full kyc through video calling facility on paytm app. but till now my paytm full kyc is not successfully done and not showing any update about that. It's a kind request please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

No wonder @Paytm is getting all the backlash it is getting..has the worst customer service, there is literally nobody you can speak to. Their bot has fixed options and it keeps apologising if it doesn't find a fix for you. It won't bcoz , my prblm isnt listed and exec wont speak!
