  @Paytmcare I had made credit card payment on 19 January 2023. It is not reflected in my account yet. I have also raised a ticket for that. It said that it will be resolved by 24, January 2023 . No update till date. @Paytm last date of credit card payment is 30 Jan. Please help

  @kingabs1657 @Paytm Now we can’t even text in the chat, just select their given option. Any additional queries there is no way you can reach them. Also their so called 24x7 availability is just a marketing gimmick. Their customer support system is not even at par with their scale of business.

  Very bad customer service from @Paytm Your customer care numbers are just for irritating anyone and no one can talk with your customer care executive because your customer doesn't give any option to talk with your customer care executive.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoney still i m not getting any call from paytm even after putting msg on Twitter....thy r asking to send screenshot....tht means they hv time to ask for screenshot, but don't hv time to call...pathetic wallet service provider...never go with PAYTM
