@Paytmcare I already a customer of Paytm postpaid and in this month I got option to upgrade my limit in postpaid but when I click on upgrade then my old postpaid account has been closed & when I try to apply Postpaid then their are showing a error that is"something went wrong"

@Paytmcare The amount of 2824.92 rs has been deducted from my UPI A/C while transaction on 22nd Sep via Paytm. It has neither been added to my Paytm wallet, as reflected in history nor reached the merchant. Tried contacting everywhere but can't trace it. Kindly help with refund.
