@Paytmcare I'm contacting u guys 2nd time. I haven't got my refund yet! It's 17 days now. Ppl @TheOfficialSBI r incompetent & couldn't get my issue resolved even wen I mailed dem thrice! ₹4196 is not small amount. I won't b using PayTM again ever if this doesn't get solved ASAP!

@Paytmcare Worst customer service, unable to connect a live representative, 24*7 service is of no use, we have transferred money from credit card to my account, it shows successful but money not credited yet, it's third day. Such a horrible experience.

@Paytmcare customer care service is so bad of the paytm that it is taking so long to solve the problem of transferring kyc from and phone number to another. 24*7 service not answering in chat. Contacting executive gives no solution for the problem. Pathetic service.

@Paytmcare my friend's kyc is completed already and it's been a week since we did that. Still his documents are verifying. Can you please look into it? We have even logged in again. As your agent said that everything is done, issue is with your account. Could u plz look into it?
