Shobhit (@mehrotra_05) reported@Paytm I have cancelled a flight ticket from your platform and there is no update about the refund. The airline says they have sent the amount back but I don't see the same anywhere in the @Paytm app, and obviously the app support page is AI ENABLED so that makes it useless
