@Paytm @Paytmcare When scanning a QR code in Paytm,the brightness goes to maximum.After payment,it shows pending bills causing privacy issues as shops ask for confirmation.This is worst feature and unnecessary.Please consider the customer’s view before adding such features.

@Paytmcare Since yesterday I am trying to reach out to customer care. In the app no one is responding with a resolution. Neither have got a resolution here. Is anyone looking into this? It's a matter of money which should not be taken lightly. Please provide the resolution asap.

@vijayshekhar Worst customer service of @Paytm Recently one girl mistakenly paid 5k to my father's account and the amount was returned to her on the same day. But that girl created a dispute on the transaction and paytm is deducting all the payments even though I uploaded proof
