Paytm is laying to me They are worst I have 2 unsuccessful recharge though paytm on 1st aug 19 i raise issue they said we sended money to your bank, my bank says this is third party we can't help, but paytm blame on bank, @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare worst customercare experience.Doesnt have proper phone call facility for customer support. In the app its pre loaded text which doesn't serve the complex issues. Didnt find any email to write the issue. Always directing to paytm help 24*7 option which is inappropriate

@Paytmcare pathetic customer care service, have been sending DM's since 13.10.2022 for an issue resolution. Getting annoying HAVE PATIENCE response all the time. 24x7 chat is all fake. Not even able to reach the executive for resolution of any kind of issues.@Paytm

Pathetic is that em not able to connect with customer care number for paytm loan as the executive says there is no customer care for loan services. Very pathetic of this and I lost Rs.10,300 towards emi. @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney
