Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm my father wanted to update his profile phone number. It's been 3 days we provide all necessary documents to ticket #3108598845 still there is no response. There is no way we can can update it through app as it's throwing error, please check.

@rajualam @Paytm SAME ISSUE WITH ME. Daily I get a message from paytm to my paytm postpaid bill. I am ready to pay but is not working. I called the customer care , no use. I messaged the support to help me pay the bill. till now no reply. And then i get a message that i will be charged late fees

@deepakabbot @Paytm Besides they put weird way to input password. Combination of dob n ending 4 number or first 4 letter of name. Wtf. Glad Paytm ditched it.
