Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm my father wanted to update his profile phone number. It's been 3 days we provide all necessary documents to ticket #3108598845 still there is no response. There is no way we can can update it through app as it's throwing error, please check.

@Paytmcare worst ever customer care service ever. I recharged my @Paytm fastag on 30 October via cred app using my credit card and it’s transaction successful in cred app but amount not received in paytm yet. Than I raised complaint on it but paytm not resolve it yet.😡😡😡😡

My paytm bank is blocked due to kyc issue .they sent a notification to update pan but at the time i have done kYC i used the voter id of my dad So, when I updated pan due to the mismatch i'm unable to complete my KYC so i request you to slove this issue @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

Its been now 2 days since I raised query in paytm 24×7 help section for paytm postpaid. There is no any reply received from paytm. I have already paid the previous month bill but still I received bill of previous month bill in this month, which is wrong. @Paytm @Paytmcare

Bought a car. Thought @Paytm to be the best option for @FASTag_NETC. Ordered it with excitement, not delivered yet, it's been a month. Raised complaint, ticket I'd: 3230497453 also. No support provided yet. Pathetic experience fro Paytm. Should have gone to any other vendor.
