Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm my father wanted to update his profile phone number. It's been 3 days we provide all necessary documents to ticket #3108598845 still there is no response. There is no way we can can update it through app as it's throwing error, please check.

If you want to know the health of a company call their Customer Care. @Paytmcare does anyone at care actually care anymore. Emails, Tweets & call to helpline yet no resolution. The call center executive who answered actually told me "you are calling again and again" LOL

@IRCTCofficial Today i try to book ticket for csmt to purna 2 times all details is fill n payment is done through @Paytmcare @AmazonHelp but after amount debited from my account and credited to irctc. After that on irctc app showing some error. 2 times Rs.227.15 amount is (1/2)
