Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm my father wanted to update his profile phone number. It's been 3 days we provide all necessary documents to ticket #3108598845 still there is no response. There is no way we can can update it through app as it's throwing error, please check.

Had the worst experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare I was on hold for 35 min but noone attended my call. Chatbot is completely unhelpful, there is no email ID you can write to. How do you expect customers to get their queries resolved? I can't login to my own a/c for 60 days!

Dear #paytm #Paytmcare team I mistakenly created a new account with my old Paytm number +91 62******36. after that contacted the customer executive to recover my old account and delete my new account and submitted all the required documents but still unable to get my old account.
