Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm my father wanted to update his profile phone number. It's been 3 days we provide all necessary documents to ticket #3108598845 still there is no response. There is no way we can can update it through app as it's throwing error, please check.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare Thanks for responding, but this was not just an inconvenience — the bus had a broken seat and we were shifted to another bus after 45 minutes. Because of this delay, we missed our flight. Since the service was not as promised, I request a full refund or compensation.
