    What a pathetic service! I booked my flight today around 1 PM, money got deducted, but I still haven’t received any confirmation. The booking status still says needs confirmation. Please look into this ASAP. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel

    @MarkedForAIR @Paytm @Paytmcare This seems like an interoperability issue between Paytm and PNB's e-Rupee (CBDC) wallet. As per RBI updates, e₹ allows outgoing UPI transfers to regular accounts, but incoming from third-party apps like Paytm may not be fully supported yet—hence the "invalid ID" error for drpnb handles. Try using PNB's app for both sides or contact Paytm support/PNB for confirmation. If it's a format glitch, double-check the ID.

    I booked a Bang–Hyd bus on Paytm for Oct 17 but the operator cancelled on the day of travel. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my refund. Tried raising it on the app but the bot won’t connect me to support. Also sent a Twitter DM, still no response @Paytmcare @Paytm
