Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm my father wanted to update his profile phone number. It's been 3 days we provide all necessary documents to ticket #3108598845 still there is no response. There is no way we can can update it through app as it's throwing error, please check.

Hey @Paytm @PaytmMall your support sucks! My order was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Then it got postponed to today. Apparently it's still waiting to be shipped. And the kicker is, your support numbers don't work.

@Paytm I have been facing an issue with paytm postpaid since 21 Apr, 2022. Txn failed, but amount not reversed. Unfortunately there is no customer care for this department. Somehow reached to your Facebook page and reported problem on messenger on 26 Apr.
