@Paytm i applied for kyc center so many times but no response by paytm, and a afent of paytm Jagdeep singh (084779 11236) ask me 2500rs charges for pytm kyc center. this is big scam. Online help center is time waste, i was talk with a girl and she put on mute my call for 1hr.

@Paytmcare I am not able to update my kyc since long, no help received from your care yet. They just direct me to a link to do kyc and that link is not able to do the kyc. This link asks me to go to kyc points, but they also say that Kyc is not possible. So, provide solution.

@HDFC_Bank Hi Team, I would like to notify one of the Fraudulent that happened to me today now. I tried to reach out to HDFC team but both the 1800 202 6161 / 1860 267 6161, failed. I could speak to none. This is high priority for @Paytm @HDFC_Bank to block these fraud users.

@Paytm your service is very bad, I am postpaid user. I am having problems with my postpaid account, But none of your helpline is for postpaid users. The postpaid message option is also of no use.Even after messaging, they do not give any solution and close the complaint.
