@Paytm i applied for kyc center so many times but no response by paytm, and a afent of paytm Jagdeep singh (084779 11236) ask me 2500rs charges for pytm kyc center. this is big scam. Online help center is time waste, i was talk with a girl and she put on mute my call for 1hr.

@Paytm @HDFC_Bank I am an entrepreneur doing fisheries and dairy business at my farm. Every time I had applied for a card got rejected despite having decent income. I hope would not face this problem from HDFC Paytm card. Fingers crossed and can't wait to see the offerings...

@Paytm your customer care is the worst. Have been thinking of leaving the app and moving to other service providers. You were my preferred platform, however now your software is not working for UPI payments and causes loss of money. Worst part is we don't know who to speak to..

@Paytm One of my UPI payment is in pending status from past 4 days. I haven't received any customer support regarding this till now. I have been repeatedly messaging in the help section provided. This is grossly egregious experience which I am having with Paytm.
