@Paytmcare I am not able to update my kyc since long, no help received from your care yet. They just direct me to a link to do kyc and that link is not able to do the kyc. This link asks me to go to kyc points, but they also say that Kyc is not possible. So, provide solution.

@Paytm i applied for kyc center so many times but no response by paytm, and a afent of paytm Jagdeep singh (084779 11236) ask me 2500rs charges for pytm kyc center. this is big scam. Online help center is time waste, i was talk with a girl and she put on mute my call for 1hr.

@Paytmcare WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I took a loan via Paytm and I’m trying to close the Loan. As per agreement I can close after 1st Emi. I click close loan and screen just freezes. 24x7 chat is just terrible. Phone customer care doesn’t have any clue either.

@Paytmcare my one of my friend added 7000 to his Paytm wallet. Money added successfully but when he tried to transfer that 7k inr in his bank account money deducted from Paytm wallet but didn't recieved in bank account and it's been 7 days today no money back,no customer support
