@Paytm i applied for kyc center so many times but no response by paytm, and a afent of paytm Jagdeep singh (084779 11236) ask me 2500rs charges for pytm kyc center. this is big scam. Online help center is time waste, i was talk with a girl and she put on mute my call for 1hr.

@Paytmcare I am not able to update my kyc since long, no help received from your care yet. They just direct me to a link to do kyc and that link is not able to do the kyc. This link asks me to go to kyc points, but they also say that Kyc is not possible. So, provide solution.

Really bad experience @Paytmcare. In a fintech company like you,kindly consider your customer support as priority.I was issued refund from @ixigo to paytm upi id and the money is stuck at paytm,when i contact bank they said it's not their fault.shows pending in @Paytmcare app.
