@Paytm i applied for kyc center so many times but no response by paytm, and a afent of paytm Jagdeep singh (084779 11236) ask me 2500rs charges for pytm kyc center. this is big scam. Online help center is time waste, i was talk with a girl and she put on mute my call for 1hr.

@Paytmcare I am not able to update my kyc since long, no help received from your care yet. They just direct me to a link to do kyc and that link is not able to do the kyc. This link asks me to go to kyc points, but they also say that Kyc is not possible. So, provide solution.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar your customer service center is not up to the mark, one small issue not fixed. I was bit busy. If required open centers like Air*** Express. Invest long back so i was supporting :) now seems time to switch

@Paytm has the worst app design and support. Money has been deducted by one97 from my friend's bank account, shows statement but couldn't raise a ticket because paytm app didn't show the transaction.
