    @paytmcare This is for a transaction in Grofers where the payment through paytm failed twice and I had to pay through my card. Both the failed paytm transactions are showing as money on hold. I have been trying to get it resolved but your 24 * 7 support is a joke. Frustrating.

    @Paytm I have fully verified KYC account/wallet. Even after that my paytm wallet freezed day before yesterday. After doing online KYC with my Voter ID card again, it is still not working.

    @Paytmcare your customer care experience is PATHETIC. No one responds in time and the app does not have any section to log my issue. Have to continue paying double at tolls because of this. @Paytm @NHAI_Official
