    It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.

    Tkts cancellation is there but not getting refund as per policy of 24 hours if payment done by UPI very bad Service @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare - WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT?! My elderly mother is struggling to close her account for past 10 DAYS but is unable to because she cannot cancel an active mandate as she changed her mobile number at the bank. (1/2)

    @Paytm @PaytmCheckin need help to get the details correction in flight booking as well as for partial cancellation for ticket. Unable to contact with Paytm support and neither getting response on email and chat.

    650.19 re credited to upi lite. Now for the balance either let me use it to make pmts or help get it credited back into my bank acct @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare You guys should get a award for the horrible customer care and harassment you guys do !!! I booked a flight ticket yesterday from the app and since then I am not able to do web check-in..there is customer care number, no response to 5 complaints I made on the app

    @Paytm At worst, if Paytm integrates with the cloud, Paytm will say Claude Paytm Payment Gateway charges payment-gateway charges Hosting/server cost ↓ Cloud MCP Connector Paytm Payment Gateway Authentication + Permissions Verification Payment Data Cloud Later Paytm will charge you.

    I’ve made a UPI Transaction yesterday at 4:11 pm, it’s been debited from my acc but not credited in recipients acc, I’ve been trying to reach out to customer care for @Paytm & @aubankindia but to no avail, I’m just getting the bot response. It’s so unethical.

    Not able to talk with @Paytmcare from last 3 days regarding the payment of my loan emi . There is not a single option to connect with customer support there Bot replies that i’ll connect you shortly ,no email no number worst service i ever faced
