Hi @Paytm I'm having trouble with a Westside voucher I purchased on 9 May 2020. The Westside in-store team confirmed that it is active from their side, but is inactive from PayTM's side, hence it is unusable. Can you help?

@Paytmcare Extermely poor customer care, pathetic service, you only loot money from merchant in illegal ways. SMS alerts were off still Rs. 25 deducted from payout from my business account. Ticket number alloted 50192659, but no charges reversal even after a lapse of a week.
