    @Paytmcare @Paytm @_DigitalIndia Despite raising tickets and sending DMs via X there is no response. My flight got cancelled and Indigo has issued refund, but in Paytm it shows trip got completed, No status of refund. No option to talk customer care Booking ID : 26666105374.

    I would like to express my frustration on Bus ticket booking via Paytm @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm @Paytmcare as per Paytm he is only responsible to take money of booking not responsible after sales or support. Called twice but everyone just shared wrong info no complain no.

    @Paytmcare I do not agree with this refund denial. The mistake is from Paytm’s side — your app showed incorrect/mismatched bus timings, which is why I made the booking. Repeating that “the bus operator denied the refund” does not resolve the issue. The problem started because of the wrong information shown on your platform. Please review the timings displayed in your app at the time of booking (I have proof), escalate this to your senior support team, and process the full refund immediately. If this is not resolved I will be filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Forum for deficiency in service.
