Dear @Paytm I have been trying to cancel Paytm Postpaid for last 3 months but in vain. The chat bot keeps telling it would be disabled by 7th of subsequent month but in vain. Being a Fintech why can’t you have real support team addressing such issues.

@Paytmcare i had accidentally recharged a fasttag with wrong issuer selected. I was supposed to selected kotak, but i accidentally selected PPB. It's been 48 hrs but the money is not refunded back. Can you please help?

@Paytm @Paytmcare this In regards to the Paytm postpaid used by me , I got a call from the customer care to pay dues and told me the interest will be waived off, but after numerous reminders in the inbox interest amount is not waived off and I am not getting any reply
