@dr_ritzzz @Paytmcare Paytm did not believe Gmail account, which is added to the account profile, they did not believe ID card, which was used during opening Paytm account, they did not believe mobile no which they give service, they did not believe selfie because profile selfie is without hair

While making a payment on paytm app for a purchase, I selected emi option but full amount deducted and no any message regarding the details not recieved to me.Kindly clear whether the transaction was under emi or not.i also visited 24*7 customer support tab @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Will not share but this is serious issue at your platform that money deducted but not received at beneficiary account. So need urgent help or else will stop using Paytm.

@Paytm I have made Rent Payment from Paytm App but still amount not recieved in Beneficiary Account. Find the Transaction Details - 1) Order ID - 14137983935 2) Transaction ID - 118008005545 3) Amount - 40000 Hope so you guys help. Otherwise will not use this app again.

@dr_ritzzz @Paytmcare @Paytmcare yes, I agree with your point, Paytm customer support staff always give consolidation that they will solve the query in 2-3 working days. after 3 days waste of time, another guys repeat the same thing & this will keep going on.

@paytmbankcare Deducted amount for deliver card, card delivered at wrong place and now no ready for refund, nor ready to deliver new debit card...not any response by Paytm team, yet not received any single call by their team... rubbish service #paytmcare

@Paytmcare @Paytm if you can’t handle one small problem just say that. Don’t keep beating around the bush asking the same questions and proof. If you don’t want to refund the money say that It’s pointless to keep talking around the problem and not wanting to solve the issue
