    @Paytmcare I had transfer 8k from my bank account to paytm wallet. But now I need that amount back to my account for emergency. But I unable to transfer my amount because of incomplete of my kyc.I was using paytm for last 1 year. Please concern my problem and give response.

    @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare You guys give scratch cards upon some transactions which results in cash back and points. But can’t avail them as they are not credited in time. Can’t contact customer care also as there are no numbers for cash back related queries. Sham going on.

    @Paytm I booked my train ticket. Booking didn't happen. Got this message.Sorry, train booking through Paytm failed. Full amount of Rs.2058.10 will be refunded shortly. Booking ID 17676437296, when will I get refund? No reply from customer care

    @Paytmcare hi I got my metro card recharged but when I tapped on amazon machine top up is not happening ,dmrc person asked me to get the recharge reversed as card is not working

    @Paytmcare I hve paid my postpaid bill and bank has confirmed the transaction, why it is still in the processing status. and your paytm pospaid is also not working. No response from Customer care also till now

    @Paytmcare Flight was rescheduled then only I have requested for cancellation. If flight is rescheduled or preponed then also customer's are not eligible for refund?? If not then why Paytm excutive and airindia confirmed me at the time of cancellation?

    @Paytm it’s very sad that Paytm doesn’t have proper customer support team after waiting for 20 -30 min there some guy will response and then they will tell they don’t have information…. It’s really sad about it and this will be my last use of paytm I will also stop others

    @Paytm i have done a transaction on 31/03/2022 from wallet to bank transfer it's still in pending process till date and u guys close my ticket that issue resolved what ******** is that when u can't resolve the issue then close this app.
