Resolution process at @NHAI_Official @Paytmcare for any issue related to #toll and #fasttag is confusing, there is huge gap between the process followed, which gives the impression that none wants to resolve issue.

@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare I am trying to unblock my account Unable to unblock my Paytm account.. please ignore using Paytm.. instead use any other payments app for good service. Customer care also not able to unblock. Many time Everytime raising a ticket without any resolution.

@Paytm I have 8390 rs..in my Paytm account..it was blocked since dec 8th 2021..still Paytm customer care don't have time to unblock my account..13months passes..still they need time.. cheating at high level..I'm doctor by profession working in military forces..what abt others
