@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar - There is no way I can contact the customer care. 24*7 is not having option to raise a concern aprt from pre defined msg by ur team. U try once n respond to customer. As a customer I m completely depressed since Friday 05th Oct.. No one has a reason to solve. Pls

@Paytm Great metrics. But, no quality of service. I see no customer care representatives to answer a call at Fastag department for 2 days. I goes on waiting queue forever. App don't have an option to deactivate and I don't see a mail id to write. DEAD END
