@Paytmcare very poor customer support service don’t use paytm buissness use another app like gpay and phone pay or any another app they are giving best services and also customer services is very good. Its been more than 23 days but paytm haven’t found any solution to my issue.

@paytmbankcare Hello Sir/Mam, I changed my name officially through gazette but paytm has no option to upload original gazette pdf, only option to click picture which is getting rejected. 😑 Cant even deactivate my account. Money is also stuck in paytm wallet. Please help @Paytm

@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm Your AI chatbot support system will never solve our, it is making thing more complex. Give us options to connect to agent or even your specific customer support number never connected to any agent, it always says to raise ticket via app.

@Paytm is demanding ₹1998 penalty for deactivating a Soundbox I don’t even have! 😡 I was scammed in 2022 by their agent who said it’s a lifetime free device for ₹1. I never used it & threw it away once I saw charges. Now they want penalty to close the issue! 🤯
