Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

Kartikey Mehta (@kartikey_design) reported@Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.
