    Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have been trying to deactivate and return my Paytm Soundbox but getting no response from support. Multiple complaints already raised but still unresolved. Ticket ID: 500001242981 Please arrange pickup immediately. Unnecessary charges are still being applied

    @Paytmcare @Paytm It's been 7 days since my UPI Lite balance (₹1100) disappeared after a failed ₹50 transaction (29 March). No resolution yet — only generic replies and no proper support. This is unacceptable. Please escalate immediately. #UPI #Paytm #ConsumerRights

    @Paytmcare Update: @PaytmCare confirmed refund on March 27 and said 3-5 working days. It has been 8 working days and still no refund. App shows "Processing Refund" but nothing credited. Cybercrime complaint active. Will escalate to RBI Ombudsman if not resolved by tomorrow.
