Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

A big fail of the @PaytmMall website is it doesn't stay permanently logged in from a PC/laptops. It logs you out after a while and you can't even sign in with a password. You must use @Paytm app on your phone to sign in. This is a TERRIBLE user experience vs Amazon, Flipkart.

I have done transaction with paytm money deducted 2 times and transaction not succeed but on app there is showing ticket is resolved @Paytm @Paytmcare Customer service is not reaching and chat service is also not responding

Paid for @spotifyindia for premium from @Paytm on 31 Dec and yet to get premium features. Spotify says payment not received and Paytm says payment successfull. No human to resolve issue. Paytm order Id: P18CD2D835 and wallet ref no. 38189308765 #harassment #disappointed
