Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

Hi. Why do I need to keep mailing the @Paytm for the refund of my amount? Firstly, it's your responsibility to contact me if there was an issue with my payment bank and secondly now that I have contacted you and provided my details, the amount is still not getting credited.

@Paytm Stuck payment is not issue. Issue is refund. That you are not doing for many customers for their flight cancelation. 🙏 Daily I am showing 100s of complaint that paytm not refund flight booking refund. Otherwise Paytm ia best in payment.
