Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

@mahipalsbishnoi @Paytm @Paytmcare They just block your account and keep accepting money they are holding my money as well asking me to file a police report for fraud when fruad happened . I guess we should start reporting Paytm on Play Store and i will also ask my frnds to do the same they are scam artists

@Paytm have been trying for your email id or a contact no. to your customer care since 10 pm.. even after 2.5 hours of efforts, feeling befooled in the name of show off of website & customer care.Really disheartened..unethical.. unprofessional customer care..anyone listening...
