    Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

    @Paytmcare extremely shameful act from paytm i have not received my debit card six months are over and when u talk to paytm they say that we will help in our 24×7 service and no action has been taken from that service also not expected this from paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytm why are you scamming people like this and trying to make money off of this? This is very unethical and embarrassing. Also do not reassured customers If you cannot provide timely solutions, and then above that charge for something that the customer never used.

    @Paytm paytm app activated in 2019. PAN and Aadhar submitted for verification. Status KYC verified. May 2022 stopped working "Your account has been put under credit freeze. Please submit required details to unfreeze your wallet". No prior warning, no information. Its shameful.
