    Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

    Hi @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm, Please give me a resolution it has been more than 3 days after raising the issue in X and more than 8 days from raising a complaint over email. If I don't receive the resolution I will lodge a complaint in the National Consumer Forum.

    @Paytmcare I've raised a ticket for a flight which was cancelled on April 29 by the airline and you guys are still issuing a refund even after 1 month and worst part there is no way to connect human customer care on your app. How irresponsible this is ? @Paytm
