    Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

    @Paytmcare Hi, Your UPI transaction of Rs. 10000 for UPI reference number 119128738850 on 10 Jul 2021 has failed. Any amount deducted will be refunded in 2 bank working days. Time taken by your bank to hand over this money in your account is beyond our control. Already 5 days.

    @Paytmcare I've received Big Bazaar coupon and when I went to redeem it in near by Big Bazaar and when I've applied the coupon it is in valid display on the screen. I've given all the proof then too they can't able to resolve the issue.

    @Paytmcare This is fourth day, I'm complaining about the same issue! I didn't get the money! As you have said, I contacted SBI, but they denied because, I haven't used any sbi app! And they told to raise a dispute on this matter!

    @abhay03411 @Paytmcare @PaytmBank There is no IVR service and there is no customer care service in Paytm. They have not solved my problem till today i am sick and tired of this company. I am going to close my account permanently. Please don’t use Paytm for your own safety
