Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare worst support service experience throughout life. No urgency for the customer. I decided to travel during this pandemic time with my wife n kiddo. The Paytm support team just says that they escalate it internally, and nobody gets back. Terrible

@Paytmcare We purchased paytm fasttag, it was initially showing us verification pending, ww uploaded the document (rc) twice, not it is showing fasttag is suspended. Please fix the issue asap, we are paying double tolltax due to this. @NHAI_Official
