    Dear @IRCTCofficial, Every single time when gng to book tkt on app with pg of pytm, atleast 2-3 times amt vl get debit and then 4th time it will give confirmation. Have u ever thought checking this? Issue with IRCTC app or @Paytm payment gateway? God knows when the refund comes.

    @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment.     Booked RSRTC bus via Paytm (Sirsa → Sri Ganganagar, 21 Apr 2026, 10:58 AM). No bus info, no staff support at pickup point. Conductor first refused ticket, later allowed on adjustment. Faced delay & stress. Please take action & provide refund. @Paytm @RSRTC_OFFICIAL

    @Paytmcare no resolution till now. I don’t know how you people operate, even after more than 48 hours you are not able to give me a reason that why my account access is denied. My daily sip Money is getting defected everyday and what about my money already invested. @RBI

    @Paytmcare I am unable to use paytm app in iphone since 2 days. Automatically it loggged out first & after that I am unable to login as message is coming Acess is denied . Resolve the issue on immediate basis !
