Few days ago, I have registered a complaint regarding fraud done to me on paytm. My complaint sequence no. Is 166771659. Now she have returned my amount and I want to withdraw my complaint and unblock her account as well as mine. But paytmcare team response is very poor and slow.

@Paytmcare the totally worst app I have ever experienced. If once you made merchant account on paytm. It blocks all accepting payment option (QR code) from where you get money from any other paytm user. The best app for payment is @PhonePe_ where no one problem I have faced

@Paytm Travel is the worse service provider. I booked a hotel from them. The temperature today in delhi is excess of 40 Degrees but the hotel guys declined to switch on the AC. When I protested they said do whatever you want to do. My guests had a terrible time. Shame on Paytm

@RBI @Paytm @PhonePe_ RBI shd seriously consider that such payment gateways shd have dedicated call numbers for issues other than their standardized issues in their apps Many issues do not get addressed by them They shd also have email IDs like banks Money is involved.

@Paytm regret taking paytm first membership. Cash back codes don't work. No 24x7 help, its just a way of making fool through pre-decided questions. Strongly recommend to stay away from it.
