    @Paytm it's very bad experience with Paytm I make a payment on 6 November 2022 payment was deducted to my account or status show payment was successful but merchant didn't receive the payment more than 3-4 for complaint I raised but their is no who was help in this situation as

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar amount transferred from my account to merchant account without my authorisation. On repeated query the reply I get is the payment has been received and confirmed by the merchant. But the issue is that I did not make this payment.

    @Paytmcare As per normal rule, if any customer not eligible , the offers does not highlight while payment . But it was highlighted to me . I hv applied it. And shows exhausted on next payment. Whose ss is attached . Now do whatever. But it's cheat

    Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I received no timely response. After 3 days, I was informed that the voucher was finally working. By then, my journey was already over, and I had arranged alternate transport using my own money.@PaytmTravelCare @Paytmcare
