    I request to RBI please check there is concern department for customer where customer visit for problem Beacuse paytm does not have customer care reprenstative team And i am trying since 2weeks But each every time said that wait fir 2or3 working days @Paytmcare @RBI

    @TheOfficialSBI @jagograhakjago One of my friend has transferred money to a wrong account through @Paytm UPI. But on visiting the SBI branch, bank officials said they can't help in this matter since the payment is initiated on an UPI Platform. Kindly Help.

    @Paytm bad customer service if froud is done customer care registered complain but if want to block temporary paytm account on any one contact to customers care if call connect customers care person said I can't please contact profile department (doesn't exist) on one can contact

    @Paytm Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @RockWithboAt 2/2 now you track and you complete the refund. I neither have any link to track the refund transaction nor any details to share with bank and @Paytm. I have paid you, I will take from you. As simple as that. Why should I run here and there because of your problems?

    @Paytm ka customer suprt literally worst experience hai Helpline number pe call karo to baar baar app par redirect kar dete hainaur app me bhi timely response nahi milta. Agar basic customer support handle nahi kar sakte to aisi companies ko customers ka trust deserve hi nahi hai

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I'm facing an issue from today while making any payment there's is a warning of malicious App found which can be used by fraudster to steal your money, Although I'm using other upi apps smoothly even I run a full scan by Kaspersky premium but still this persists

    @Paytmcare @NPCI_NPCI I'm facing a error in my paytm app. It's showing "malicious app detected" because of this I am unable to do transaction. Kindly solve the issue. I've submitted my complaint to @Paytmcare, but no action or any reply was received from their side.
