    @Paytm So shameless that I have created an ticket or an issue regarding POS machine and order was cancelled from your end than why my refund is not initiated till now. It's a pending issue from June 18 2022 and till now you are not able to provide any information on this

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar amount transferred from my account to merchant account without my authorisation. On repeated query the reply I get is the payment has been received and confirmed by the merchant. But the issue is that I did not make this payment.

    Also, if you have enabled AutoPay, verify which app is processing your payments. If it’s charging an unnecessary platform fee, consider disabling it and paying through a service that doesn’t charge extra. Be an informed consumer. Compare before you pay. @PhonePe @Paytm

    Casual reminder to @Paytm @Paytmcare that "Unable to process the request" isn't a user retention strategy. Every time I click the "Close my account" button in the app, it fails. For weeks. You must have error logs, failing to fix this implies you like it as a feature? @consaff

    @Paytmcare since years now we have been requesting for a sound PoS machine. Existing machine is not working since years now and even after repeated follow up with your lethargic third class local team there is absolute disregard to our concerns except fake commitments.
