    @Paytm I just made a transaction on your payment gateway worth Rs.25k while the payment got debited from my account it's not reflecting on the gateway as the message returned was OOPS! Transaction timed out. I'm unable to reach out to anyone on the IVR menu. Please help. URGENT.

    @Paytm why is malpractice of asking for KYC not stopping this happened in@my wife’s account xxxx44854 This is only a malpractice of @paytm to arm twist a wallet customer to open a bank account. This needs investigation by Competition Comm of India

    @paytmbankcare Deducted amount for deliver card, card delivered at wrong place and now no ready for refund, nor ready to deliver new debit card...not any response by Paytm team, yet not received any single call by their team... rubbish service #paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Hi, I was trying to recharge my Delhi metro card on 26 June 2021 at 08:25AM. Money got deducted but the recharge wasn’t successful. And I haven’t received the refund yet. Please resolve the issue.

    @Paytm Your customer service is the worst. I've been trying to unblock my acc since 5 days. I've submitted all the required details 3-4 times a day and still I get no response. Please do something as i need to do urgent transaction from my account.

    @Paytmcare and please block my card asap, trace your delivery service properly and please hired some skilled person atleast who can confirmed it before delivering at given number on address...very poor service, it is confidential thing & delivered to wrong person, resolve it asap

    @Paytmcare I have done one metro card recharge from @Paytm but my card is not reflecting the recharge. Have done all the procedures of AVM machine but still not able to activate my recharge. @OfficialDMRC customer care said there might be issue with Paytm server.

    @Yatra_Care It is still not working and because of the payment issue, I could not book the seat I wanted to. Very awful experience, @YatraOfficial. I ended up using @Paytm that has a far better user experience.

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare it's getting very tough to use your services. I'm trying to change old KYC to new number through paytm app everytime it's gives an error "something went wrong, please try again later." Seriously sort this out.
