I'm using @Paytm since more than 6 years but this time I'm totally fed up with your service. I'm trying to cancel my bus tickets since a week. Even my journey date has been passed. But all I'm getting from your side is 'WAIT'. I guess you want your customer to leave your platform

Had switched to @Paytm from gpay because of high payment success rates but I keep getting signed out & it's annoying to enter my login credentials and then pay. Why can't this be solved? No other payment co asks for regular sign ins. Cc: @vijayshekhar

@FASTag_NETC I messaged to paytm fastag customer care...and they replied it is mandatory to have 150 rupees in fastag wallet if there is no amount in main wallet. Even if we load mony to wallet, it'll take 45 minutes to reflect in fastag wallet. Only option is quiet @Paytm
