@Paytm My father is using a paytm fastag. After updating paytm app today, it was unable to find his account. And now finally when we could log in to it is asking me to buy a new fastag. We still have some balance in the actual fastag account. Please resolve the issue asap.

Don't fall in trap of @Paytmcare, @Paytm, cash back reward points it's a fake and they insist you redeem early. When u redeem the points with @gonoise with order no 1736278. They accepted order nd when it comes to delivery the Customer Care calling nd telling item is unavailable.

@Paytmcare The fastag on one of my car is suspended for non usage. Now I contacted your Partners in Aligarh but they tell me that it can't be reactivated because RBI has blocked kyc of Paytm. Now I want to close or transfer to another Paytm acct but not able to! Help.

@Paytmcare there is no way to contact you guys because there is no customer care number. Your service is the worst! To ask for money you'll call but while giving service why do you back of! I've been using Paytm for last 6 to 7yrs and this is what you guys provide?

@Paytmcare obviously there is NO ONE TO TALK TO. The 24/7 phone number is all just recorded messages. No one answers any messages . Absolute joke of customer care. Rather use google play than Paytm
