Got call from agent y'day, explained all again but still no resolution. Need proper investigation & resolution ASAP

Despite canceling my @allianceair ticket within 24 hours (7+ days before travel), I'm being charged 4035 as "Airline Fees." This is a direct violation of DGCA 24-hour zero-cancellation rules.
