    Absolutely Pathethic Not Heard Back from PayTM on my issue, I ordered 2 Fastags and only 1 is added to my account been 10 days since delivery. Issue still not resolved No response from PayTM @Paytm

    @Paytm why would i keep money in your wallet with no interest by UPI. Instead i can UPI to the merchant directly. Charging 2% for adding money via Credit card is not appropriate and your transactions will go down drastically. All the best.

    @Paytm haven’t received my refund for the EDC machine though the customer service claim that the refund was processed in April and says you will receive a call in 24-48 hours for further Information when I asked for transaction number and reference number to speak with my bank

    @Paytm I had been to the show Rock with raaja and I was so disappointed with the arrangement. The bigger issue also was with so much crowd, there is no metal detector or scanner to check. Felt very insecure. Apart from ***** chairs… and less volunteers @HMOIndia

    @Paytmcare You guys suck at customer care.... I bought a #FAStag 3 weeks back but it's stuck due to some issue. I raised 5 tickets using app but no response. Calls to cust srvc are not being answered. An online business with such poor customer service is bound to fail soon

    @NembuKol Include all Sanghis into the list...@Paytm for instance is a Sanghi run firm. Completely get out of Paytm and educate all shop owners to do so. @GooglePay this is your chance, get aggressive in TN. We don’t mind supporting a foreign brand to bring down a Sanghi

    This month I used PayTm to pay 11000for my credit card. In PayTm the transaction was successful but surprisingly the amount is not showing credited towards my card and I am continuously getting payment reminderCan’t get hold of any customer care exec. Pls help @HDFC_Bank @Paytm

    Worst app because I told paytm about my issue. I am using phone mode: MI 10T PRO Fingerprint login is not working at the Paytm bank Login section, have to log in Paytm bank entering my passcode everytime I don't like this. @PaytmBank @Paytm
