    Absolutely Pathethic Not Heard Back from PayTM on my issue, I ordered 2 Fastags and only 1 is added to my account been 10 days since delivery. Issue still not resolved No response from PayTM @Paytm

    @Paytmcare You guys suck at customer care.... I bought a #FAStag 3 weeks back but it's stuck due to some issue. I raised 5 tickets using app but no response. Calls to cust srvc are not being answered. An online business with such poor customer service is bound to fail soon

    Very poor support by @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm my access to the account is blocked arbitrarily stating there are inconsistent transactions in my account without letting me know the exact nature of inconsistencies. As a customer am I not entitled to know the inconsistencies?

    @Paytm why would i keep money in your wallet with no interest by UPI. Instead i can UPI to the merchant directly. Charging 2% for adding money via Credit card is not appropriate and your transactions will go down drastically. All the best.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare No response yet..? its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund asap.
