Very poor support by @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm my access to the account is blocked arbitrarily stating there are inconsistent transactions in my account without letting me know the exact nature of inconsistencies. As a customer am I not entitled to know the inconsistencies?

@Paytm I had been to the show Rock with raaja and I was so disappointed with the arrangement. The bigger issue also was with so much crowd, there is no metal detector or scanner to check. Felt very insecure. Apart from ***** chairs… and less volunteers @HMOIndia

@Paytm why would i keep money in your wallet with no interest by UPI. Instead i can UPI to the merchant directly. Charging 2% for adding money via Credit card is not appropriate and your transactions will go down drastically. All the best.

@Paytm haven’t received my refund for the EDC machine though the customer service claim that the refund was processed in April and says you will receive a call in 24-48 hours for further Information when I asked for transaction number and reference number to speak with my bank

@Paytmcare : No one came to do the kyc yet. Appointment to complete Paytm Payments Bank KYC is fixed on 03 June. Never share any document on whatsapp/ email. Rs. 150 will be deducted from wallet for doorstep KYC service. No cash/ amount to be given to the agent doing KYC.
