@Paytm @Paytmcare My fastag balance is low now....whenever next time,i recharge my wallet please transfer the money to fastag account so @NHAI_Official doesn't face any issue in deducting toll. 150 minimum balance for fastag is a scam. Har Gaon Tollplaza -Frustrated Citizen

@IndiGo6E @Paytmcare PNR DB7D7H paytm booking id 26159988856 BAGDOGRA -BHUBANESWAR was cancelled on 4th dec, informed to me less than 24 hrs of departure, alternative flight arranged beyond 24 hrs of scheduled departure on 5th. Kindly issue compensation as per DGCA rules.

@NetflixIndia @Paytm @HSBCIndia Amount was successfully deducted on 4th Dec via Paytm using my HSBC account, yet Netflix claims non-receipt, my subscription is blocked, and no refund has been issued. Repeated contacts to support were met with no resolution and poor handling.

Of all the digital apps, @Paytm has the worst service for the customers. There is no way for you to get in touch with @Paytmcare. Their AI bot will repeat the same process multiple times and then close your query without any action. This should be called as modern loot. #paytm
