    @Paytm @Paytmcare My fastag balance is low now....whenever next time,i recharge my wallet please transfer the money to fastag account so @NHAI_Official doesn't face any issue in deducting toll. 150 minimum balance for fastag is a scam. Har Gaon Tollplaza -Frustrated Citizen

    @paytm @nuegoindia Booked 11 July, 11PM bus via Paytm. Bus left at 10:30PM — no prior info. Got call at 10PM while coming from Hisar. Family (incl. sick cousin) stranded all night. No support, no reschedule. Refund needed. PNR: 9915666 Worst Bus. #Neugo #PaytmCare #TravelFail

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @consumerforum_ The problem still remains unresolved.Have been registering my complaints on the app but all effort is in vein. It is one of the worst website I can find .My total refund of 12672 Rs is still not complete, only received 3036 Rs so far. Request again for resolution at earliest

    Absolutely pathetic luggage security and screening @IntrCity. My luggage is missing from bus UK07PA9996, bound from Delhi to rishikesh. The bus captain isn't picking phone, customer care isn't responsive. @Paytm i booked using ur app, even no substantial response from your end
