    @Paytm @Paytmcare My fastag balance is low now....whenever next time,i recharge my wallet please transfer the money to fastag account so @NHAI_Official doesn't face any issue in deducting toll. 150 minimum balance for fastag is a scam. Har Gaon Tollplaza -Frustrated Citizen

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare It has been 3-4 days and my issue remains unresolved. Despite your claims, the 'other wallet' option is still active. Please escalate this immediately. If you cannot fix this, initiate the removal of the Soundbox from my store as I no longer wish to use your service

    I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago.After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen.I have already contacted customer care multiple times. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Ticket ID 200011268198 closed without proper resolution. Kindly help ASAP. @vijayshekhar being a great admirer & a long term user, it hurts seeing the emotional connect and customer support falling out. I hope it rises up.

    @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses. I expect a resolution within 24 hours. Yash Chauhan
