  @Paytm @Paytmcare My fastag balance is low now....whenever next time,i recharge my wallet please transfer the money to fastag account so @NHAI_Official doesn't face any issue in deducting toll. 150 minimum balance for fastag is a scam. Har Gaon Tollplaza -Frustrated Citizen

  Paytm interface is best in entire upi ecosystem as I think, but they never gives cashback and mislead customer with digital gold coin which has zero value, as per rbi guidelines, only sgb bonds and physical gold has a value, digital gold is useless and has no value @Paytm

  Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service by @Paytm and @Shrinathbus We booked Vadodara–Pune bus tickets by Shrinath Solitaire bus operator on Paytm app on 19 Aug, around 8 days in advance, paying ₹2900, specifically to secure our preferred seats and travel comfortably.

  @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness marked “resolved” when the customer's issue is still pending. Please reopen and escalate my complaint to the senior grievance team and permanently close my merchant account as requested.
