I booked a flight with @Paytm. The flight got cancelled by the airlines and they initiated the refund to paytm but even after 30 days time limit @Paytm has not refunded the amount and every time I called their customer care they said the same mugged up things. #refund #badservice

@Paytmcare I recently bought a fantasy pass from Paytm play first games...it is been more than 5 days still the pass has not been activated ...I sent multiple reminders but no response ...such a worst service by Paytm games... Attached the transaction screenshot for reference
