.@Paytm 1st you don't send otp to log in on time even after sending multiple resend requests, seems you are using same server to send otp again, it should be another sending server. Then you block account for NRI folks for the 24 hrs to do any activity is bad exp. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare we have app which uses Paytm Payment gateway. we are not able to see the transactions of app in web portal. After login the marchant Id in account now shows different then it was originally provided.
