Thanks to @HDFCBank_Cares directed me in a proper way.only problem with @Paytmcare they never responded properly. Remitter bank clearly told that there is no certificate called NOC. Without having a certificate called NOC how they can issue it.

Hi @Paytm I had requested for an Air ticket cancellation on March 31,2021. I have been continuosly calling the customer support executive since then, I haven't received my refund nor have I got any responses for my complain request. (Ref id 186939524, booking id 10279790449).

@Paytm @Paytmcare done a UPI transaction of INR900 , receiver has confirmed that he has not received the money and my bank says money successfully got transfer to the bank account of the receiver . There is no option in your app where I can speak to a human i.e customer service
