    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Ordered one sound box from paytm however same has been has not been delivered to address. And customer care executive people are pathetic they are just there to tell be online and to transfer in IVR without consent. Hope you will reply here.🙏

    @Paytmcare Yes nothing new. You keep saying it will take time in DMs. It's been over 15 days since booking and 8 days since I started asking for booking number. Give me the booking number so that I can go physically to query dealer my self. I don't want to reply on you world-class support.

    After that I raised complaint again on 21st Apr but till date no one has came here from @Paytmcare to resolve this issue. I request you to please resolve this issue because we are facing problems due to sound box is inactive. 5022456877 is one of the ticket @Paytm @PaytmBusiness

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I am facing issue while since 29-04-2022 with respect to a rent payment processed on Paytm. Transaction value is Rs 49179/- which was done on 29-03-22 at 10:17am still the transaction is in processing and amount was debited on same time. Pls help
