@Paytmcare very useless service. We were on holiday in US for whole month. From back home Paytm messaged us of unauthorised transaction and blocked our account. Without any reason or rhyme Now thier customer care is pathetic as can be .

@Paytmcare Day 2. Following Up: 1. wallet says it's deactivated because I've not used it in 12 months. asks me to visit the KYC agent. 2. KYC center the agent app says KYC already complete. 3. Paytm bot asks me to use wallet as KYC is complete. Stuck in a loop. Superb support!
