  @Paytmcare can you help to cancel and close my account please? I am in the process of closing all payment apps and plan to keep only BHIM. Mobikwiks responded quickly and closed it. But Paytm is dodging it.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I am trying to close my Paytm payments bank account permanently but I'm not able to login. Also I had raised a similar request a year ago where I was told that the account will be closed but I can still see it active.

  Really disappointed with Paytm’s service. There’s no proper resolution to issues, and reaching customer support is a struggle. Even when you do get through, they don’t listen they just repeat their scripted responses. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness
