I booked flight tickets on @Paytm ,but flights got cancelled. I called their customer service on 28th April for postponing & representative told that they will update me within 48 hours but no call, no message,no email till 30th may. @PaytmTravel ,guys don't use this service..

@Paytmcare Pathetic experience ..They blocked randomly...Customer support is just Sky level😖 Without investigation they blocked any account which is reported fraudulent. This is such a customer experience. Sorry but i m discontinuing your app I UNINSTALLED.

@Paytmcare In paytm business app how to connect with ur representative if my concern issue is not mentioned in your stupid FAQ's and neither helpline no....sad to see India's biggest startup is failing to provide basic service and that's why I have applied to deactivate my merchant account.
