@Paytm @Paytmcare Extremely disappointed with the Cc service since last 15 days I'm not able to reset the password, explained the whole issue to CC, still not got the proper resolution, not able to reset the password by the reset link, Even after following all steps.

My brother has received an Akasa Air flight ticket (Bengaluru → Bhubaneswar) on his email, likely due to an incorrect email ID entered during booking. The ticket was booked via Paytm Flights. @Paytm kindly help us connect with the rightful passenger. Thank you.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I sold paytm gold 0.7088gm amount- Rs10681.38 on 22nd January at 9:28pm Order Id- 26515586188 but amount not credited it was pending so I informed to support team of paytm app ticket-200010404491 till (26/01/26) still the amount is not credited in my account.

If this is not resolved immediately with a clear refund date, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and appropriate consumer forum. Request urgent resolution
