@Paytm @Paytmcare Extremely disappointed with the Cc service since last 15 days I'm not able to reset the password, explained the whole issue to CC, still not got the proper resolution, not able to reset the password by the reset link, Even after following all steps.

@Paytmcare @Paytm what a pathetic service paytm team I had paid my electricity bill on 14th and your app is still showing your order is processing. And then I raised dispute on 15th which was supposed to be resolved in 24hrs which is yet to be 24hrs for paytm. Poor and pathetic

@Paytmcare I got more than 5-6 call from paytm, everytime they just give new complaint Id & give a lolipop to you that , we are working on it ... but you never get any solution..it's has been more than 20 days... I had done more than 7-8 calls to Paytm. Really frustrating

@Paytmcare can your team resolve the issues?My paytm fastag is not working despite being active, having balance, and no damage to sticker. The customer care team raised a ticket, and marked resolved. I faced issues again at toll plaza, causing inconvenience to others.
