  @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

  Paytm a big cheat company. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. That is our hard earned money. @Paytm @Paytmcare

I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance.   @Paytmcare @armurali097 Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

  @Paytmcare I would like to to delete one automatic payment mandate but I couldn’t able to .. whenever I tried to do it it’s asking for sim verification and the verification failed every single time .. I tried almost everything for last few days but couldn’t succeed .. please help
