@Paytm @Paytmcare Extremely disappointed with the Cc service since last 15 days I'm not able to reset the password, explained the whole issue to CC, still not got the proper resolution, not able to reset the password by the reset link, Even after following all steps.

paytm came down to support the employee who was abusing the customer fiercely on his arbitrariness. After complaining about Dhruv Sharma, the sweep machine was not installed at my friend's place. Have to resort to social media again and again. @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @Paytm

Dear @Paytm , After number of tried, user still not able to transfer kyc from old number to new number. Even though user not able to delete old account. Your ticket option is totally bullsit. Customer care not connected. Please do some needful.
