@Paytm @Paytmcare Extremely disappointed with the Cc service since last 15 days I'm not able to reset the password, explained the whole issue to CC, still not got the proper resolution, not able to reset the password by the reset link, Even after following all steps.

The issue resolving service of @Paytmcare is the worst.@Paytmcare has sent an email to lien the amount of 2900rs from my @KarnatakaBank and now the bank is saying to tell paytm to send email to bank and on the other side paytm is saying to solve your issue from the bank

@KotakCares @Paytmcare your customer care is saying that no money was added to the wallet so Paytm is not responsible for the refund @ kotakcares if this is the case I won't pay any amount for the credit card you want to sue do whatever you want I am throwing your card away

@Paytmcare I didn't ask for convenience charge..u must check the screenshot I shared. Beyond convenience charge , other unnecessary charges had been deducted. Which are fully refundable , your customer care executive told me this.
