  Till now I haven't got any response from @Paytm @Paytmcare regarding my request which I had put forward to the concerned authorities via dm and i also tweeted about it but its sad to see that they just don't wanna help i am using Paytm since a very long time but now I won't !!

  Hey @Paytmcare team. I am facing issue with refund of Rs. 239/- for a transaction done on 10/03/2022 which failed at payment gateway but still not received refund.There is no proper response from your team. Bot is installed in chat section and same response all time. I am fed up.
