@Paytmcare i tried to book a train ticket from irctc portal using paytm upi payment option. Money got debited and ticket booking failed with reason no response from bank. Till now there is no refund. I have dm the details of transaction. Please help in refund this amount asap.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I've submitted the request for deactivation of my Paytm postpaid service, activate it only if you can provide the buy now pay later facilities with zero convenience fees like your competitors do. Thanks you. It's pathetic to pay convenience for each month.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar such a pathetic service. I added money to my Paytm wallet selecting a cashback offer manually but u activated a different cashback offer in backend (obviously of lesser amount). Raising a ticket or speaking to cust care is a task - too complex
