@IRCTCofficial @paytm i tatkal booked ticket via paytm just to see the cancellation cost or refund by mistake i tapped on cancellation and my reservation got cancelled. Made a call to IRCTC and the guy rudely replied no I cannot help, I just asked to reinstate my booking. #ripoff

@Paytmcare @paytmbankcare For name sake they opened a ticket when I raised complaint and it's been already more than 10 days and still it says "We are working on it" Better choose pros like @redBus_in as their customer service is good in similar cases (I personally experienced)
