To help resolve this, we’ve already reached out to our lending partner for an alternate payment option and are currently awaiting the required details.     @Paytmcare I have been waiting for so long, and yet my issue is not resolved. This is not fair at all. I'm planning to switch to a different app. Kindly put my UPI Lite money back into my bank account. This has been a pathetic experience.

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar
