@Paytm suspends fastag on 24th Feb 2023 forcing a switch to IDFC fastag. Paytm resumes service on 7th Apr 2023 without intimation. Leads to double deduction at toll booths - one on Paytm fastag and another thru' IDFC fastag. How do you xplain this Paytm?

@vijayshekhar There is an issue with the Paytm transaction, and I tweeted about it. I received a mobile number from @Paytmcare . I called them, and after 20 minutes, my complete Paytm postpaid balance was drained. There is no proper customer care response for the same.
