    @Paytmcare I wanted to upgrade my savings account to a current account.... because I am running a small business. I have already connected to the customer service and they told me that as per my account profile I am not eligible for upgradation.But I have a need for a current account.

    They will make you wait 15 days saying it will be resolved and then they want help with resolution and will neither reply to your message and the tickets to will be closed giving irrelevant reasons. Prefer @PhonePe @Paytm but avoid using @MobiKwik guys

    Dear @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare after 15 days of complaint nobody come to check soundbox . Every time raise a tickets but still no solution. If Tommorow no service agent visit to replace it i will move on another source .

    @Paytm Hi @Paytm, I made a payment for LinkedIn Premium—amount deducted, but it’s not reflecting on LinkedIn. I’ve contacted support multiple times. I even received a call, but due to poor network, the issue couldn’t be discussed properly. Please look into this on priority. Thanks.

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm
