    @Paytmcare i have issue with Paytm postpaid unauthorised transaction done by Paytm on the name of convenience fee and there is no help available regarding the same on 24/7 help line even after sharing my feedback on that 24/7 helpline i am not getting any solutions.@vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Hey Team, I have won a cashback that is now pending for over a month. I'm not able to reach the support over the paytm app as none of the options allow me to raise concern for pending cashback. Could you help me out in this and credit the cashback that I won?

    Worst customer experience with @Paytm fastag. Amount deducted multiple Times without even visiting the toll plaza. When I raised the complaint in 24x7 help, they replied "correct amount has been deducted" without resolving the issue. #paytm #fastag

    Jo solution till now. @IRCTCofficial saying to check with @AxisBankSupport Axis bank is saying to check with @Paytm paytm is asking to check with Axis. Can any of them will tell how to proceed? I want to travel with my pet. Poor and pathetic service.

    @Paytmcare I haven't concern about transaction. I have problems to your Employees how threated me when i said show me your I'd card before any changes in my Account. Because i have already QR code of Paytm. Then he said it's mine i can do whatever I want because I'm employee of paytm.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Already complaint on Paytm still no response not expected, bus ticket from lucknow-delhi on 21-3-22, Poor bus service bad smell inside bus & bus operator misbehave while talking, seats are also not comfortable, Ticket:22065765805 Pl Refund our ticket amount back

    @Paytmcare Didn't get any response from your side I'm trying to reach customer care they didn't answer the call when I raise the ticket they show they will reache me back with in 4 hours but rat ke 12.30 ho gye hai Abhi tak ni response are bhai middle family wala kaha jaega kindly response
