    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have raised a ticket using Paytm app on 30/10/21. After rising ticket I was informed that my ticket will be addressed in 4hr but still today I didn't get any reply from your end. I been around this for almost a week, worst customer support. Ticket:3120985901

    @Paytm I was a Postpaid Delite customer then I got an notification for upgrade and got changed to a Postpaid Lite customer, which isn't an upgrade. My spending facilities also got lowered even when I have been your facilities excessively and paying back on time. Revert me back.

    @Paytmcare I’m having the most awful experience with your Video KYC procedure. Literally wasted hours for the last couple of days to complete the KYC. Terrible service.
