@Paytmcare Dear team, i was booked the bus ticket (ORDER ID: 20517781360) for 7th March,2023 but bus was cancelled by operater without any prior intimation. For this I have raised the compliment to Paytm support team but till now now I haven't received my ticket refund yet.

@Paytm i raised a concern and created ticket. They said that they will response in 4 hrs and it has been 2 days and they did not respond anything. Very bad experience with Paytm support services.
