@Paytmcare I transferred rent payment thru Paytm postpaid , but money got deducted immediately but payment was not made in favour of landlord's account , and app shows that operator down from long time, why this happened and your services make a loyal customer unhappy.

what are you people doing ? @Paytmcare. I have been trying to reach your customer care for the past 3 days. what happened to my chargeback request ? It is pending from sep 1st 2022.If you are not responding I will lodge a complaint with RBI. #PayUpNow #paytm
