    @Paytmcare Appreciate the response @Paytm @Paytmcare, but this issue has already been ongoing for will be close to 2 months within the next 10 days.Since then, I’ve continuously followed up through tickets, escalation, and emails. At this point, I would really appreciate a concrete update.

    @Paytmcare @VARADAR36779348 A concern has been raised from last 2 days being following up on paytm help and support through app and landline no 0120-4456-456 and there it shows only 1 message "due to technical problem try after some time same"

    Instead I got: "You can read the ticket, right? Go read it. Do whatever you want." Then they hung up on me. This is how @Paytm's listed operator treats a paying customer raising a legitimate concern.
