  @Paytmcare Your response shifting responsibility to the PSP/bank is completely unacceptable. The default preference issue and routing failure happened within the app integration. Furthermore, to avoid any further confusion, I have already removed all bank accounts from WhatsApp Pay.

  @Paytmcare Whenever I pay something, it is going into automatic payments. Very bad. If I buy once course form a website, it doesn't mean that I pay regularly for the same course. STOP this automatic payment option.

  I have booked a flight ticket from Paytm of indigo and there Is a minor correction required in name so nither paytm supports nither indigo supports and paytm never gets call connected to customer care and indigo airline says please contact to paytm @IndiGo6E @Paytm

  @Paytmcare Support is useless as so is your AI assistant. Raised many requests to deactivate Paytm business and return Soundbox but it's useless. Nobody comes home to collect soundbox. Multiple requests neglected.
