@Paytmcare I'm a small merchant, I didn't had the soundbox still my 125₹ was deducted from my paytm wallet, customer service is very poor. They are hanging up my call and not helping in any way. It's been 5-6 days. Why the amount has been deducted if there is no soundbox??

@Paytmcare i am trying to close my paytm fastag as i have sold my vehicle. there is no option in the application. 24x7 doesnt provide such option. tried calling your customer care, but seems like its impossible. please advise what else i can try.

@Paytmcare i am trying to close Paytm post paid account which I want to close with no option. Your automated chat dosent work, there is no phone support either. On top of it there is no dues from last 6 months and you still reporting negative on my Cibil score.
