@paytm has poorest customer support. For most of the services it says that they dont have support team that can help over call with the issue. Paytm only have chat options which they take approx 48 hours to reply and close ticket without responding to query. #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare I am getting high bills every month, I paid extra than I spend and complained but no one is responding to my complaints from paytm. Customer service personnel don't have rights to respond to postpaid issues. 50 times asked to close Paytm postpaid a/c but not happening.
