    @Paytm Had a pathetic experience travelling via National Travels. I had booked the tickets from your platform. 1. I was asked to get down in a different location which happens to be 30kms of my dropping points 2. Lost my luggage and the driver didn't bother to answer my calls 1/n

    @Paytmcare has the worst customer service. They can’t resolve the simple query. Raised multiple tickets, uploaded relevant documents but they closed it without resolving it.

    @Paytm Dear team @Paytm Please include an option to talk to a human customer care executive instead of a useless chatbot. I am not able to apply for paytm hdfc credit card and there is no option to reach support as well, I have been waiting for 6 months for the same.
