@Paytm, your customer care sucks, can't even connect to a customer care representative despite wasting 20 mins with your IVR and CHATBOT. I am surprised with the poor service you provide in todays hyper competitive ecosystem. This is guaranteed way to get out of business.

@Paytmcare @BandBajaateRaho @jagograhakjago 7th may it was my due date for Paytm postpaid, nd yesterday over the screen it was showing as pay minimum 500 to avoid the late fee, after paying 1k they charged late fee today... Why??worst.. Never recommend to use postpaid service

Dear @Paytmcare , I don't want to pay a 590 rs fine for just 1 day delay of amount 3500 which is almost 20% of the principal .which i couldn't pay because there was some login issue yesterday. Please reverse the late fee charges so that i can pay my due amount.first time for me.
