Booked a bus from Kasol to Delhi, but the bus got cancelled. I was suppose to get refund of 3147 from paytm but no refund as been intiated yet & Have no clue whom to speak abt this, disappointed with ur service @Paytm @hp_tourism @HimachalToursT1

Very bad services by paytm. Paid for broadband bill to airtel, amount deducted from account but not received at the airtel's end. No response from Paytm customer care number nor from the so called 24*7 help section of paytm. @Paytmcare please help.

@Paytmcare Hi Team Booked a bus from Kasol to Delhi For Oct 17, which was cancelled at the last moment. A refund of Rs.3147 is pending at paytm or Operator kindly check and initiate the Refund at earliest as 48 hrs already passed. Disappointed with ur service @Paytm @hp_tourism

@Paytmcare Unable to reach your customer care team. The 24*7 help section on the app is useless and keeps on providing canned responses without actually addressing the issue. No way to chat with a human through the all. No email/escalation matrix provided either.
