@skjsaurabh I think first @Paytm should provide a solution to its BC agents because customer care themselves was helpless and clueless how to sort out the issue. Because of that Iam unable to activate fastag which is lying in my hand and do KYC for customers

@Paytm i cannot use my atm card at POS and cash withdrawals.. it shows the message application blocked. I tired 2 3 different atms but its same everywhere. While your support staff is bullshit. And 24x7 helpline totally robotic which cannot solve the issue. @vijayshekhar
