  Tried @Paytm Help & Support. Their AI chatbot resets the conversation every time. Asked for a human agent. It said "connecting you." Chat has been cold since. This is what passes for customer support in 2026.

  @Paytmcare I wrote to @CareJpb they are working on it but you have responsibility to talke care of your customers and take necessary action against fraud or scammers who are doing over @Paytm
