  My bus booking was cancelled by the operator a day before travel. I reported the issue on 8 July and was assured a resolution in 3–4 days, but it's now day 5 with no update or refund. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin Please resolve this at the earliest. Order ID: 27255988499.

  @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

  @Paytm @YoloBus My Srinagar–Delhi bus 5 July was scheduled to depart at 3:00PM. I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.

  @Paytmcare Stop this nonsense & give me remaining data balance as per your recharge plan, check ticket Id & your support chats so you clearly understand what fake recharge plans you showing to your customers, let everyone see that you misusing your customers trust.
