@Paytm @ElevCap @LukeCoutinho17 Your QR codes are problematic. Earlier, I lost some money by scanning in an online site. A police complaint helped to recover the funds. Today saw a FB post refers to a similar case. You should ensure 100% security while providing service.

Hey @Paytmcare @Paytm there's an issue with a payment. The vendor says he hasn't got it, and it's debited from our account. There is no way to connect with customer care via the app? We keep getting automated texts. Please help.
