@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I have still not received the refund despite chasing several times in the last 2 months. Every time I reach out to Customer care, they respond by saying they need some more time to resolve the issue. This is really pathetic

@Paytm Amt remitted is not recd by the receiver & no idea as to where the funds have gone It is disappointing that @Paytmcare doesn't have any option to lodge a complaint or to contact the customer care personnel directly. Pl inform how to contact the customer service personnel
