    @Paytmcare @Paytm @Paytmcare My wife has been trying to do her KYC on Paytm. Video KYC never connects and request for visit has not been answered for last 2 weeks despite multiple attempts. No way to speak with anyone either. Terrible customer service!

    Worst customer interaction I had ever. @Paytmcare do your ticket support agents even read the message properly. I'm banging my head on thr wall after reading their replies. Please can you once connect me to a senior manager who can try to understand.
