    @Paytm I was on call with your customer care executive for 1hr 20min only for the senior manager to disconnect the call on my face with no resolution to a payment deduction that I have not authorised. Absolutely horrendous. Have the courtesy to take accountability.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm metro recharge is so useless i recharged twice and both time it shows no top up available. Most useless service and even worse is their customer support bot.

    @Paytmcare Fake cashback offers, there's no customer care, one bot that's of no help, if u raise a complaint on X they will shut you down that voucher was never applied lol it's common sense that we click on the Redeem button what other abracadabra consumers should do?
