@vijayshekhar @Paytm This is very bad experience that a Ticket is unsolved and you are asking us to use your app. And you guys are keeping customers money in your wallet and we are not able to use that. And this ks for the KYC verified customer. Complain Number - 3186681675 @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @Paytm Paytm had the worst kyc process. I saw my credit account frozen and asked to do kyc. But then it said I cannot do and call support. Then the auto bot said go to location and in location they tried and said contact support for error and I am not able to connect

@Paytmcare It's been 7 days now.still my deducated money not refund in my Paytm postpaid account. So now I will also not clear my Paytm postpaid outstanding of this month.if u dnt want to solve my problem.i will not going to clear my outstanding.And i m not responsible for that.

@Paytm It's the worst customer care helpline ... They r doing fraud. I didn't even get any reply of my email too ... They r there to just doing scam .. #paytmbandkaro I m waiting for consumer helpline call back it's not still come . No reply on email ... Wth wrong there...

@Paytmcare Very irritating from Paytm. My Uncle booked bus ticket from TSRTC site on 28-05-2022. Done the payment through Paytm UPI. The money was debited from his account on the same day. But ticket was not confirmed. He has raised the ticket on Paytm regarding the issue

@Paytm i'll pay my emi of idfc first bank form paytm app but emi amt. Will be deduct from my account but from bank say the emi will be not be paid, and i cant able to talk with your team. I am totally frustrated from your that kind of service plzz revert me as soon as possible.
