@Paytm i love to use paytm. Not using paytm mall because of delivery problem. I bought fast tag for my car from paytm mall. You delivery guy didn’t visit my home and it shows delivery attempted. He call me and ask come to 8km and get your parsal i said that is not right.

@Paytm The new login system via registered mobile SMS is creating problem for those who don't actively use or recharge the number. Please look into it. Only UPI requires this. Only paytm wallet usage should not require SMS based log in.

@Paytm my a/c has been abruptly blocked. Ive been trying to unblock it but there is no support provided from your team. None is contactable. App asks me to provide a/c statement of my paytm a/c. How can I provide it if my account is blocked? Im facing big time problem. Pls help!

@Paytmcare I have booked train ticket through PAYTM App using PAYTM Postpaid which I had to cancel due to some health issue. Still refund is not credited in my postpaid account although it shows refund credited. PNR No. of Ticket is 4521821489. Kindly resolve the issue.
