    @Paytm i love to use paytm. Not using paytm mall because of delivery problem. I bought fast tag for my car from paytm mall. You delivery guy didn’t visit my home and it shows delivery attempted. He call me and ask come to 8km and get your parsal i said that is not right.

    @shobhan03 @BHIM app works wonderfully. With @Paytm there’s no customer service number. Good luck if you want to contact them for any disputes

    @AbhisekMondall @Paytm @Paytmcare Yes. For me too. Getting the same message. Uninstalled and reinstalled my app. But now unable to log in. Tried connecting via customer care. IVR goes through but no “engine” to answer.

    @Paytm Hello, i am not able to access my account, showing account not registered with paytm. I guess your servers are down. Really making it hard for daily transactions. This is not what we expect from a so called leading payment facilitator.!!

    @Paytm # one of the most poor coustomer care services.our any type of problem solution manage by programble answer means no personal touch with coustomer. Refund and other issues never solved by Paytm.
