    Also, if you have enabled AutoPay, verify which app is processing your payments. If it’s charging an unnecessary platform fee, consider disabling it and paying through a service that doesn’t charge extra. Be an informed consumer. Compare before you pay. @PhonePe @Paytm

    I purchased the Alternate Trip Guarantee add-on while booking my train tickets through Paytm. My train was affected, and a voucher was generated, but I couldn’t redeem it due to a technical issue. I immediately raised a support ticket and tried contacting customer care.@Paytmcare

    I got so many calls for the refund generated for Order ID 27253745051 from Phone number +91 70517 89706 stating my Car insurance payment has been declined and I have to pay again. But never got the refund of the cancelled service. @Paytm please look into the matter.

    Why should customers bear financial losses caused by @Paytmcare failure to provide timely support? I expect Paytm to take full responsibility for any additional fees incurred due to this delay.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Your chat support is completely unresponsive and ignoring the issue. This is daylight robbery and clear mis-selling. Deactivate this Soundbox immediately and refund the deducted amount, or I will escalate this fraud to the RBI Ombudsman and National Consumer Helpline. Resolve it
