    @Paytmcare hi, I was making a payment on a website through Paytm upi by mistakely it got deducted twice , so the first amount was deducted but got stuck into Paytm wallet now it's asking me to complete my kyc to get back in my bank account it doesn't even show in my Paytm wallet

    @Paytmcare @dilip_d Same problem with me I did rent payment by debit card. In t&c it's clearly mentioned it will be instantly but paytm cstmr care is here only to reply same replies to all cstmrs.

    @Paytmcare please help as I need that money , when it was supposed to get saved in the Wallet it did not ask me for kyc thn why if I want it back the app asks to complete kyc? And I have been trying to complete my kyc since yesterday it keeps loading and nothing shows up

    @Paytmcare I am waiting for your reply. It's been two weeks since I raised the issue. Please resolve this issue at the earliest else I will need to approach the consumer court and will cause unnecessary financial trouble to both of us in these testing times of the pandemic.

    Hey Paytm, Its been a terrible experience of shopping on paytm order id : 13343337297 @Paytmcare . Since yesterday order pick up person gives a miss call for a second and marks customer unavailable. Its a automated nbr and even if i call back unable to reach the delivery person.
