@Paytm UNACCEPTABLE DELAY & NEGLIGENCE. Ticket No: 200010153526 Despite repeated follow-ups and support tickets, no refund and no response till date. This is a clear case of service failure. Expect immediate resolution, or this will be escalated to consumer authorities.

@Paytmcare Hello Paytm Support, I want to permanently deactivate my Paytm Soundbox and stop all future rental/ SIM data charges. The device is not in use anymore DM me Kindly confirm once the Soundbox is fully deactivated and no further charges will be applied.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I’ve been trying to reach out to Paytm support for 3 days regarding Ticket ID: 200010712163. I haven't received a response from the team yet, and it's interesting that there's no customer care number to reach out to either. I’d appreciate some actual help here.
