@Paytmcare very much disappointed with paytm customer care service. I tried calling several times but it's IVR system is so poorly designed that I am unable to connect with an agent. After sometime when I connected to someone, she said that it is not the right department.

Over a week and still waiting for @Paytm @Paytmcare to revert to my concern ….. can’t think of these over valued companies as anything but FRAUDs ! @vijayshekhar - wish you had spared some money to invest in customer care - could have taken a lil lesser for ur own pocket
