  @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

  @Paytmcare 24 hours not sufficient to check a simple use case i.e., to give cashback or not? The coupon shouldn't have been applied successfully in the first place it the cashback terms are not applicable. This is not customer's headache to wait for your resolution #paytm #scam #fraud

  @PaytmCare You are completely dodging the core issues: 1. Misleading UX: Why display a targeted "Get assured ₹50 cashback" banner on an active user's checkout screen if they are algorithmically ineligible? That is classic deceptive design (Dark Pattern).

  @Paytmcare Please stop asking for callbacks and provide a formal, technical explanation regarding this routing glitch in writing here. I am looking for a definitive, positive resolution and compensation for the mental harassment caused by this service deficiency, not more calls.

  @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Ticket Number 3391154250. Mother's CKYCC Number has DOB error. Kindly rectify it within this week or else I would have to go to higher authority for Redressal.

  @Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.
