I have done My KYC by nearby Paytm KYC Point .it's been 2 working days my wallet is still freezed. Customer Executives are not replying properly and when they do they are always saying to wait for 2 working days. Now it's been 1 week I am facing issue. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

@Paytm never tried to solve problem of CX. Today a person made payment through Paytm but I didn't received in my account. So many CX faced same problem. PHONEPE IS BETTER THAN YOUR PLATFORM.......

@Paytm @Paytmcare what a shame , so many tweets , no one responding from Paytm. Paytm is not following guidelines and circular of NPCI. Biller I’d created by NPCI / Bharat bill on 21st Oct is not yet visible on Paytm app , where as deadline is 14 working days.
