    What's wrong with @Paytm @Paytmcare they block my account without any reason i am using paytm from 5-6 year. And you suddenly block my account. This is not expected from @Paytm team

    @Gurpreetlatest @Paytmcare Yeah, but atleast they should tell us the reason for blocking. There customer care is so pathetic, they didn't try to understand the issue and kept on informing you that they don't have any proper reason for blocking and need to wait for the backend team to respond.

    @Paytmcare what kind of 24 by 7 customers support you have where a customer is unable to talk to a customer representative. I have a transaction fraud to report and unable to contact to anyone? How long a customer has to wait? Kindly take action asap and DM me for further clarity
