    @Paytmcare and @Paytm what is the escalation matrix. The app based support land at a dead-end with no resolution, Paytm app agent is very limited in responses it has and is frustrating to deal with. @Paytmcare to has agents that give one side responses that disregard user inputs.

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm@PaytmBank If I have not pan card then what will I do. And why it requires pan when only want 50,000 limit.I don't want 2Lac limit. so I already updated my profile details and selfie. Send my 50,000 I will close my account because you have problem in supporting customer.

    @Paytmcare I facing issue in paytm bank transaction and I need help I also giving msg to paytm 24x7 help service I don't know why u guys telling 24x7 service because no one giving reply to me from last 4days no response Also I tried to call customer service but no response too

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar No real person to resolve my fasttag issue..Customer support no. for fasttag 18001204210 seems fooling..Old closed fasttag security deposit needs to be refunded.. New fasttag account balance not reflected..Urgent attention required..

    @Paytm This is all trap they store the amount things they not even responding to my issue correctly they blocked my account and now I submitted all the documents that they required but they not responding for me ryt noww . Will you guys solve the issue or shall I proceed legally
