@Paytm @vijayshekhar I have raised multiple Service request 1 m back,No one from Paytm is providing a solution.Yesterday some CSE closed the ticket transferred all my money and closed my fasttag ,This is pure mental harrasment.More than a month time and this is the result.

Thankyou @Paytmcare I got my money back, but still disappointed that no one made any call from paytm and discussed the issue,if in future it happens do I again have to tweet and make my problem public,only bot service is available,this is not done. plese work on customer support.

@Paytmcare one of the worst payment app, never solve customer issues with payments/recharge. in one month it happened twice that i recharged my Airtel prepaid with paytm wallet, money deducted but recharge not reflecting. same happened with my Jio number, no help received.
