@renuhrgupta @Paytm There is some problem with paytm , i have made payment and it failed so i have made payment 2nd time from paytm postpaid, later on I get to know that payment which has been failed was later on successful. So this is how it works I made payment twice for 1 article

Hello @vijayshekhar , 2 days back my paytm account blocked for suspicious activity. I contacted CS and they provide me report vide id. My concern for time being if in case it remains blocked then how to pay Postpaid bill next month ? @Paytmcare pl. help in this regard.

Be careful when you you do phone recharge or any other payment @Paytm @PhonePe platforms. They have started levying platform fee. Better to pay directly on service provider platform.
