Thankyou @Paytmcare I got my money back, but still disappointed that no one made any call from paytm and discussed the issue,if in future it happens do I again have to tweet and make my problem public,only bot service is available,this is not done. plese work on customer support.

@renuhrgupta @Paytm There is some problem with paytm , i have made payment and it failed so i have made payment 2nd time from paytm postpaid, later on I get to know that payment which has been failed was later on successful. So this is how it works I made payment twice for 1 article

From city centre complained about issue many times your officers refuse to take relevant docs at time of submission by saying they are not needed Pathetic IVR will have to wait min 30 for a 2 min call 24*7 chat also replies after wait of a week @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare ! wrt Transaction ID 15120220611118935609 and Order ID 16549287719024354A dated 11.06.22, it's almost 10 days passed neither the @NetMeds (Ticket No:6550299101) have received money nor I have received REFUND till date. Not able to connect Paytm customer care.

Hey @Paytm I have fasttag. It doesn't work. It ask to do kyc to activate. But KYC is already activate. Now I can't even transfer fasttag. You customer care is crap, they don't know. Your KYC agent says, KYC is already done. Why you do the business which you don't know?
