    @Paytm I am not getting response from paytm, I have issue with PAN card updation. when I register my pan card it shows PAN card can be registered with only one account. I don't know where and in which account my Pan card is used @Paytmcare

    Thankyou @Paytmcare I got my money back, but still disappointed that no one made any call from paytm and discussed the issue,if in future it happens do I again have to tweet and make my problem public,only bot service is available,this is not done. plese work on customer support.

    @renuhrgupta @Paytm There is some problem with paytm , i have made payment and it failed so i have made payment 2nd time from paytm postpaid, later on I get to know that payment which has been failed was later on successful. So this is how it works I made payment twice for 1 article

    @Paytmcare You don't connect,trying to connect from yesterday,unable to connect till now,my money is stuck,no response coming from @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare yesterday only got to I am not alone here many more people are facing same issue. Pathetic service. won't be using anymore

    @Paytm @Paytmcare ! wrt Transaction ID 15120220611118935609 and Order ID 16549287719024354A dated 11.06.22, it's almost 10 days passed neither the @NetMeds (Ticket No:6550299101) have received money nor I have received REFUND till date. Not able to connect Paytm customer care.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare No option for Grievance officer in Capital city of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow worst service from #paytm submitting docs again and again for a death claim for last 1 year pathetic officers never picks a call whenever available they are located approx 30km of distance.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar As a retail investor I would like suggest you to consider the FMCG market, for a brand like Paytm it would not be difficult to earn profit there, it might help us to recover a huge loss suffered on paytm ipo listings.

    @Paytm I have tried to pay bill through Paytm UPI via my union bank of india account but the payment has been failing , kindly look into the issue.

    @VishalBhargava5 Most of the time found Paytm better than others. Brokerage a/c & POS/peer transactions r gud. Speed better, error lower. One thing am not sure if that is a bug. Noticed recently. Payment through wallet is not asking for a pin? @Paytm

    Very poor Service by @Paytm No response from @Paytmcare A lot of tym I have faced with the same issues with their UPI failure & money got deducted and nt credit back to account till you complain, and they not respond till 6-7 days where their bot replies 4hrs @PhonePe is better
