There's a new thief in town - @Paytm! They STOLE INR 3480 from my Paytm wallet claiming there is a "dispute" - several calls with customer service and still not clue what the dispute was about or why they decided to swindle my money. @Paytmcare what happens to my complaint?

@RBI sir paytm kyc process for wallet is full of unethical practices. Videokyc is not working , its just an eyewash. Their authorised partners asks for money... or else they will do doorstep kyc for Rs150..i hereby request you to do audit of their kyc process @Paytm @FinMinIndia
