@Paytm @Paytmcare what a pathetic service by Paytm. I have my money added to my Paytm wallet but unable to transfer money to another account. Even after updating my account or completing the kyc in the end we receive a Bad request message with no solution.

Hey @Paytmcare @Paytm what’s the point of booking a Mumbai metro pass from the app when half the time I get logged out and cant login back again or your server is down and the pass isn’t accessible. What a waste of money!

@IDFCFIRSTBank is charging me ₹10 as convenience fee to recharge my fastag. And then more as gateway fee even from netbanking. Think will switch to @Paytm they never charged for my old one. Anyone else experienced this problem?

@Paytm desperately wants to lose customer, what a wrost Call centre @Paytmcare has,first blocked my wallet due to KYC & their call centre is so annoying to make sure you move to competition..why Indian companies dont value their existing customers than acquiring new one 😥🤔

@Paytmcare Dear Paytm, I have requesting you to deactivate my postpaid account from last month of Feb 2023. It should have got deactivated on 8th March 23 but your support chat again gives me date of next months 8th. deactivate it right away or I will delete my Paytm account.
