    Getting Paytm Payment gateway on my website has been the biggest mistake. @Paytmcare is the most useless & incompetent helpline. They take 20-30 days to solve any issues. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who’s making their website to go with Paytm as a payment gateway.@Paytm #review

    Such an irresponsible and unexpected attitude from paytm..! Its been 2 months since taking followups, calling electronic customer care number, mails, tweeting after every few days..! And this is wht u guys reply.. You cant even manage to call the customer and hear him out.@Paytm

    @Paytmcare Guys dont use paytm , i am using paytm since 2yrs now i have saving account also but since 15day my account is blockes even i am not using my debit card, when i call paytm customer care they says use help section in paytm app when i used that method and upload my kyc

    U were supposed to resolve my issue and call back in 24 hrs..! Its been 2-3 days again after those 60 days of struggle and still u guys are troubling like before..! I swear pathetic comp.!wish i had good sources i would have made sure u guys never do that again to anyone.!@Paytm

    @Paytmcare REMOVE MY LATE FEES! Paytm postpaid account wants me to pay extra late bill around 590/-. However that wasn't even my fault, that was some technical issue that i couldn't pay on time. I request to do something on it and remove those charges.

    @Paytm @paytminsider There was a show on 5th November of King in Indore and it got cancelled after 15 minutes of him performing. When I am connecting with support team of Paytm they are solving it by giving organizer number. Please provide me solution for this.
