    @Paytmcare with reference to Booking ID 10361417983, no refund has been initiated in over a year! Air India ticket is pending from lockdown 2020, do it asap. As usual no replies on app help tickets that I have repeatedly raised @vijayshekhar @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare your 24x7 helpline asks us to write to you. When we write back , there no response. How silly is this. How can you not have proof of vehicle when you issue fasttag after you take copy of rc. Dear customer, we have received vehicle class mismatch / incorrect

    @Paytm and i talk to customer care They say that money will be refunded in 2-3 days but it's been more than 15 days and i don't get any mail or message regarding to it and please remove the charges I have also attach the photo of it my transaction id is :- 100002711375161 (2/2)

    @sktexypnos @Paytm @airasia Its so simple, for flight bookings dont use paytm, they are acting as a third party to an already third party service provider, using makemytrip, Goibibo still is minimal Risk, Never use paytm for travel purposes & their customer care sucks, idiots are sitting across replying us.

    @Paytmcare Have my shop a/c with Paytm.Some months ago I was offered Paytm Talking device for Rs.500 / monthly rental 99.device stopped working/beyond repairs .Requested Surrender but Paytm adamant on no surrender and every month charging me 99 for no use and no fault of mine.

    @paytmmallcare @Paytm order for order id: 13888018840 which was to be delivered 17/06/2021 was updated as attempted despite no attempt from courier. I am still waiting for the order, why is it taking 2 days to re attempt? #paytm #worse #service

    @Paytmcare I haven't received refund from IRCTC, payment for which was made from Paytm wallet. IRCTC has sent me their refund transaction details, however still awaiting refund from Paytm in my wallet. Kindly address the issue at earliest

    I would like to share my personal experience with PayTm. I had raised an issue several times but still it is not being resolved. Very poor service of Paytm and unprofessional behaviour of CLIX finance people. Avoid using @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney #ShamlessPeople

    @Paytmcare there is no action taken. Only getting mails that your query is resolving from past two weeks. No contact to customer care, very slow service. @vijayshekhar sir there is no responce from customer support very disgusting service. Can i expect reply from you?

    @Paytm suffering. It's very easy to resolve my issue now and restore my trust in PayTm™. Warm Regards Please check the DM I sent today PS: IF THE RENT TRANSFER IS STUCK EITHER PROCESS IT OR GIVE PAYTM WALLET BALANCE AS PREPAID CARD DONT SUPPORT REFUND.

    I’ve been facing issue with @Paytm from past 2 days now. I wanted to close my Saving bank account and after raising the request i just got a call for 3-4 seconds and it got disconnected and got a resolution that you were not available! Called customer care twice no resolution yet
