Just flagging off a fraud @PaytmCybercell. 3 BigBasket gift card from my wallet worth 700rs was deducted when my account is not linked with any 3rd party app. Ticket - 3274931415 raised. Reported to @Paytmcare but not able to connect with helpdesk or 24*7 support @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare i have perchased Paytm sound box and it is not working at all always i put charge with in 3 hours it goes off and there is no voice if my costomer pays me and every month you charging me 125 rupees for this wastefull box
