@Paytmcare Extermely poor customer care, pathetic service, you only loot money from merchant in illegal ways. SMS alerts were off still Rs. 25 deducted from payout from my business account. Ticket number alloted 50192659, but no charges reversal even after a lapse of a week.

Just saying it again @Paytm customer care sucks big time. Whenever I needed them in the past they are clueless and mostly their agent are I don't give a damn attitude. Thanks Gaurav for calling but what was the point if you don't have a solution. #CustomerExperience

@Paytmcare Even after directives to refund bookings on cancelled flights due to COVID, Paytm has yet to refund my tickets booked a YEAR ago and to top that, doesn't even respond to my service tickets and eventually closes them citing no activity! Never book flights from Paytm!
