Hello ,I have struck money in my paytm account since 5 days because of fail upi transaction ,I tried contacting paytm support ,they are blaming @NPCI_NPCI . @NPCI_NPCI @Paytmcare can you please look into this matter and help me somehow ? Since paytm giving excuses daily.

@Paytm you guys are the ABSOLUTE worst when it comes to customer service. you purposefully make it difficult for us to talk to you in person. I've been trying to reach out to you since 2 weeks, the call won't go through & I keep getting the same automated non-sense reply in 24*7.

I really disappointed for the response of @Paytm @paytmbankcare,I had a transection of 440₹ on 9th and it's failed due to technical issues but money deducted it's been 5days didn't get refunds yet also customer cares didn't pick calls! I didn't expect this from Paytm! Shame

@Paytm @DisneyPlusHS wallet ref.38455314625. RBI has clearly mandated that customer needs to be alerted and permission sought for all recurring transactions. Hotstar subscription was renewed without such consent being sought. refund the amount deducted immediately without fail.
