@Paytmcare My earlier policy expired on 22nd Dec. I renewed it with Royal Sundaram, directly from their website with zero depreciation cover and other value added services. If I would have waited for your service response, I had to undergo physical inspection of my car.

According to the indulsund bank my fd is renewed and it has to be shown on the top of my FD's but it does'nt it is on the end of my FD's. I have also call the paytm care for 1 hour and talk to them but they did not able to solve my problem my ticket id is 3135478192 @Paytmcare

@vijayshekhar @Paytm doesn't give me an option to close my loan in paytm postpaid. Customer care is useless and if I raise a ticket in app, it gets solved without a resolution. This is fraud.
