Srinath Travels Agency is a pathetic service provider and must be removed from Paytm if Paytm cares for its customers. The tickets were deliberately cancelled so they can book at higher rates for walk in customers. I have proofs if you need. @paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Some Bus operators feel so easy to cancel the tickets at last moment because they are now selling at higher rates. Just cancel the ticket, ask the customer to talk to Paytm coz we booked thru Paytm. Pathetic service from Srinath Travels Ahmedabad. Order id 19704564552
