    @Paytmcare I wanted to upgrade my savings account to a current account.... because I am running a small business. I have already connected to the customer service and they told me that as per my account profile I am not eligible for upgradation.But I have a need for a current account.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @nearbuy ur customer support kept asking for order ID when nearbuy doesn't provide one. do I run nearbuy that I can generate that or u guys run nearbuy? its 1900/- swallowed by Paytm on filmsy excuse. ur guys like chatbots say the same thing.

    @Paytmcare Paytm’s “Bus Booking Assurance” feels like a scam when a customer is abandoned after payment. Paid extra expecting reliability but no meaningful support instead. Stop selling “assurance” if you can’t honor it. Worst travel booking experience I’ve had. @Paytm

    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Took a big L today. Somehow missed adding my surname in a @AkasaAir flight booked via @Paytmcare and now they're saying you cannot add a surname. No clarity on if I'll be allowed boarding or not and if they can help make a fresh booking. I keep finding ways to lose money 🥲
