Despite of several attempts to resolve the issue for my credit payments it was all in vain, no response, no feedback, followed all the required procedures "n" number of times still the problem persists and the automated voice guide is total useless. Very disappointed @Paytm

On 17th December 2021, I booked flight tickets to Lucknow from @Sastiticket for 24th and 26th December 2021. The total amount was ₹6638 which I paid through @Paytm. As soon as the money was deducted, the website (@Sastiticket) is showing the ticket booking under Pending status.
