@Paytmcare surprised there is no customer care number to reach out to Paytm. I have done two transactions from Paytm - Payments are made against utility bills ( Electricity bill - wbsedcl ). As per Wbsedcl, they have not received any payments while as per PAYTM AAP

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I was the person use to force the people to use Paytm instead of any other apps but now with worst experience I am suggesting to any one and planning to use other apps. Please improve your service.
