They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.

Shrirang Tambe (@tambe_shrirang) reported@Paytmcare I am not able to login to paytm app which is required for mobile number change, since I don't have outgoing facility on that number. I can receive otp but there is no provision to login to app with otp alone. What kind of stupid design is this where one can't even login to app?
