@Paytmcare I wanted to upgrade my savings account to a current account.... because I am running a small business. I have already connected to the customer service and they told me that as per my account profile I am not eligible for upgradation.But I have a need for a current account.

@Paytmcare Kindly update you app to better one, because of your inconsistence in data i had to pay 4k extra interest in my loan or just shut down the these services if not able to update. Also, please maintain a customer care number, not every problem can be solved by chat bot.

@vijayshekharThere is an issue with the Paytm transaction and tweeted for the same. I received a mobile number from @Paytmcare. I called them, and after 20 minutes, my complete Paytm postpaid balance was drained. There is no proper customer care response for the same.

@Paytm suspends fastag on 24th Feb 2023 forcing a switch to IDFC fastag. Paytm resumes service on 7th Apr 2023 without intimation. Leads to double deduction at toll booths - one on Paytm fastag and another thru' IDFC fastag. How do you xplain this Paytm?
