@Paytm @PaytmTravel This is the WORST customer experience ever. I booked a flight more than an hour ago, payment was taken instantly, but the ticket is STILL “Confirming Booking”. No PNR, no update, nothing. Even the airline shows NO BOOKING FOUND. Ticket ID: 200000747218

@Paytm Paytm took all my data, completed KYC, activated Postpaid & even got an e-signed loan agreement of 60k in advance for a limit of just ₹ 1000. But the Postpaid payment option still doesn’t appear. 09 Dec, Ticket ID: 200000734334 still “We are working on it!” Anyone facing this?
