    @Paytmcare I wanted to upgrade my savings account to a current account.... because I am running a small business. I have already connected to the customer service and they told me that as per my account profile I am not eligible for upgradation.But I have a need for a current account.

    There is no way to close my Merchant account please help @Paytmcare @Paytm I've raised this multiple times on multiple platforms including PAYTM 24x7 care Customer care always says my accounts will be closed in 4 days but it never happened #paytm #NoSupportPaytm

    @DasShaktikanta sir @Paytm postpaid don't follow @RBI guidelines of sending OTP. I have been cyber fraud & it's past 24 hours no one call for the resolution. I am calling them again & again but they r asking me to wait. There is no customer care for Postpaid to deal the fraud.
