  Horrible experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare. They did an unauthorised cancellation on my flight. There is no way to talk to a customer care executive.

  @RockWithboAt 1/2 You delayed, you created problems, you are processing refund and now you expect me to check with the bank. Why? Does it make sense It is your responsibility to track the refund status and complete it. The only information I can tell you is that I have used @Paytm UPI.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm facing serious financial difficulties due to my Paytm Postpaid amount becoming too high beyond my budget. I have tried many times to connect with an expert through the app but the AI assistant is not connecting me to any representative. Please help me .

  Its so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.

  paytm has gotten so bad recently. so many glitches, very slow. asked me to fkn change my UPI pin every two months. **** you @Paytm switching to google pay (which has a very seamless and quick onboarding process and a v clean UI)
