Hi @Paytm @PaytmMall I placed an order of Fasttrack on 14 th may having order id 18008438371. It was suppose to deliver by 19th may. Till today I have not received id . Your customer care is pathetic and does not have any info. Daily I get mail that it will delivered on that day.

@Paytmcare worst ever freaking customer support. Executive flagged me disconnected call. I am not able to use my paytm wallet for fastag recharge as my wallet is under freeze even after my kyc is all done and verified your paytm app says that too. You are harrassing people.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Improve your exit / surrender ptlrocess of EDC machine. Since 15 days only asking reason for deactivation no one is coming to collect machine. Very poor and third class service.

@Paytm has started charging your A/C to book tickets for any random person and claims that the user only booked the ticket. On asking for the proof of user online activity. They fail and keep asking for police directive to help further. I guess recovering for their stock this way

@Paytm paytm 24*7 help is the biggest myth in the world. I am never able to talk with customer care. I have many voucher but i am unable to redeem none of them. Paytm is the biggest fraud company thats why paytm share is always loosing.
