@vijayshekhar @Paytm dear sir pls lookinto this harrasment by paytm. Postpaid is part of paytm offering why it is not covered in your customer support? Despite of paying my postpaid account is showing late fee and have been blocked until I pay it. I will complain to RBI.

@PaytmMoneyCare As usual paytm customer support sucks its being now more thn 6weeks still my issue is not resolved. Discontinue your pathetic application & stick to your mobile recharge and all service paytm doesn't deserve Investment kind of services tbh. @Paytmcare @SEBI_India

@Paytmcare Hi Paytm I am using your Paytm Postpaid Service as my bill due date was 07-01-2023 due to UPI limit blocked I was unable to pay bill during timeline & I paid it on 08-01-2023 it’s charged me INR 885 kindly levied the charges as I paid bill regularly on time.

Hey @Paytm, After several attempts I am still not able to reach you @Paytmcare . I have an issue of payment not reached to merchant side after 72 hrs of waiting. Plz look into the matter. @vijayshekhar I think a query ticket is generated but issue is not resolved.

@Paytmcare i am facing issue on my paytm postpaid account despite of paying ontime, it is showing late fee charge of 850rs. Your auto chat boat doesn't have any option for this problem and call center says they don't handle postpaid matter. Where to raise concern?
