@Paytm @Paytmcare If you are not accepting any new customer on boarding requests for KYC, how does one use the amount in Paytm wallet for the meanwhile ? If Paytm wallet is dysfunctional, why encourage refilling it in the first place ?

@Paytmcare You couldn't find a resolution since 4 days?? Awfully slow on your part, it's not as if it's a complicated issue. Today marks the 9th day that the cashback points have not been credited which were supposed to be credited within 24 hours.

There is quite literally no customer care executive available, it's only via automated messages. A simple " we regret your inconvenience" from a bot won't really help me with a workaround solution will it ? @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Hi its been more than a month since you blocked my account, I am ur cust 4m last 7 years still there is NO value for long customers. Shared all docs,kyc is reverified but still u are doing time pass. Thats pathetic! Can you help or not kindly clarify
