@Paytm Hi, A txn was made from my account which was not completed from my end. I explored for an event in afternoon, and in the evening I received an sms of txn with the confirmation of the event that too from someone else’s name and address which was not done by me. Plz help!

@Paytmcare I just don't, which online or even offline service provider doesn't have customer care executives. Apparently, you have one, but the option for connecting to an executive is not available in your voice support system. Now, who does that!

@Paytm Get a proper UI UX team & fix your app. If I need to pay 3 electric bills, & say I pay the 1st one, I have to go all the way back to homepage & repeat the same 5 steps to pay the next bill. This gets worse when I have to pay 20 bills ! 20×5 = 100 STEPS !!!! SUCKS !!!
