@Paytmcare @Paytm I was not able to pay to Paytm Postpaid bill on due date due bank server issues I opened multiple tickets on app but there seems no help on this. There is no team or way to connect for issues with Paytm postpaid.

@Paytmcare I can understand that errors like this can happen sometimes but this kind of ignorant support is just not acceptable. Claiming 24x7 support is just misleading if just a single reply from your side takes another day on the paytm app

@paytmbankcare Contacted tollfree no 18001204210 where I am receiving reply that complaint is not even registered? They completely said that they are not responsible for any issue raised on social media platform @Paytm @vijayshekhar is this the method you are using to make Paytm profitable?
