@TheOfficialSBI ofcourse i dont have any bank account with you. but my father has . Seeing from years that you even dont have proper service to customers , Man the people are slow slow slow like the cashier takes 10 mins to give a person's money, man better learn from @Paytm

To make company Profitable @Paytm is now charging MDR charges to their customer which are hidden charges to the customer. I had received 1950 and rs45.80 is deducted as MDR charges 2.3% and as per govt. rules upi transactions are free.@vijayshekhar kindly look into this matter

@Avinash_1_Kumar @nbt_india @Paytm Pain starts from ticket booking. Inside Newly constructed "warehouse" style buildings, central ACs are not working, there is no exhaust sytem. It is claustrophobic and suffocating. Mobile internet is down or extremely poor. Payment is time taking. Parking is only for VIPs.

@Paytmcare @PAYTMCU12452943 It's been a week since I raised a query of excess deduction via fastag on one toll plaza twice in both going & return journey but no response has come from your end. I even tried reaching to customer care no and both via fb messenger but no help

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare Dear Vijayji, It's been months since my wallet KYC is pending. I went to 8 KYC centres near my Address. But all of them denied. Upon asking, as how can I do Re-KYC again. Paytm support is not giving proper reply and telling you have to pay Rs 150.

@Paytmcare I have an issue with the cashback using RIDEMORE promocode in bus booking where I haven't received both my cashbacks but the app's 24x7 help states Rs. 0 has been credited to my account in place where I should be eligible for Rs. 150 for each of the 2 rides
