Customer care responds stating the following: "Due to technical error or insufficient funds, sometimes transactions are not settled immediately & are debited later on. Hence, correct amount has been charged". ButI have never visited the said toll gate.@Paytmcare

Pathetic Service from Paytm. Bought a voucher online on the evening of 15 Sep 21. Amount deducted but didn't get the voucher ID till date. Message sent to Customer Care but not resolve till date. No proper response. Worst automated customer care service @Paytm @ConsumerCom
