@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

@Paytm i am really surprised how you people are surviving with zero customer service. Its been almost a week that i am calling your helpline and visiting kyc point. Though my KYC is already complete my paytm wallet is inactivate. I am paying penalties on the toll plazas! Pathetic

@Paytmcare What a pathetic service from Paytm Ruined my cibil score with all postpaid payments on time and contacted customer service many times but still not contact i have paid all payments on time but Clix finance from paytm listed Not paid on Cibil and not doing correction.

@Paytm its extremely exhausting to try and speak with someone at your customer care. Your IVR does not have my query option therefore I cannot have my query addressed ! It’s been a full 3 hours at it for me !
