@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

@Paytm I have ordered a paytm sound box before 2 months and using of 1 months it was not working properly so complain for warranty claim it is been 20 days gone there is no response from paytm team and complained 10 times about this , Complain No - 5021297924

@Paytmcare i can't stop the paytm postpaid service i already asked to stop the service in the in app customer service option. it has been more intrusive than helpful and i am being charged convenience fee each month .
