  @Paytm Why is it so late to contact PTM Bank Customer Care? I have been holding the phone for an hour and then suddenly the phone hangs up. How busy is it from the Prime Minister's Office? Our time has no value. Account no longer wants to keep.

  @Paytmcare I believe there should be a support team for issues like these, everyone can't tweet, it is extremely sad that Paytm doesn't have any support option in the app other than the bot which close the ticket without resolution.

  @Paytmcare Worst service from the Paytm care my issue haven't been solved since one month. No proper response from Paytm team every time they are saying your issue has been in solving under high priority but the issue is same as earlier since 30 days
