If there will be a race between service providers like @Paytm , the @Paytm will be in top rankings with worst ever customer support service. There is no way to contact any customer support team if any user face any kind of Problem.

Dear @Paytm I have requested you to deactivate my postpaid account from a long time but I didn’t get any proper response from support team. If I raise a ticket the ticket will close without resolving my issue. I was not able to call to support team as well. Worst experience ever.
