@SKumar18317475 @Paytm @Paytmcare Paytm have worst customer service. couple of months ago, while i was shopping they have mistakenly transferred my money to another recipient then the intended one. after my complaint, they claimed they will process a refund with in 2 weeks, and never responded me back. pathetic

@Paytm I hv been sold with POS machine on 10thDec. But thereafter no response from company personals for its Operationalisation/demo/working. It seems company is interested in sale of POS only not in actual functioning. Pl. Solve the matter ASAP

@Paytm I am facing lot of problems with Paytm Fastag and the complaints lodged with them bears no affect. They are masters in stating -We are working on your issue and it will be resolved at the earliest & that complaint taken on priority and will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs

@Paytm worst customer service, I have been trying to update my mom's KYC and for that I want to talk to a customer care representative, but they don't have any system to do that. Plus paytm doesn't work smoothly on the chat, they ask me to upload the image & not working.
