@Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

@Paytm has Worst customer service. My money got falsely stucked in the processing & am trying to solve that from past 2 days but none of so called 24x7 @Paytmcare service is responding on paytm or twitter. Both are Sleeping.Hope this tweet will get some response from them.
