@Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

If you think about ordering anything on @Paytm , think again. I had erroneously ordered a non-veg dish on @FreshMenuIndia , but cancelled it immediately after noticing the error. The company claims it has issued me a refund, while @Paytm claims the order was successful. Avoid.

@Aiisshh_ @Paytm Same problem I have too. Only atom portal works for online payment of college fee works. Paytm shows paid and amt is deducted but college says have not paid.
