    @Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

    @Paytmcare Pathetic service and customer care even worst. They are not keen on resolving issus even it continues for months together. Simply inform customer to follow the SMS Link and log acomplaint. To the surprise you only able to log a issue only if it is on there predefined issue list.

    @Paytmcare In DM there was no help. Anyways you are of no use in this case. This is a case you should take up with @StuckByFevicol for misusing your outdated promotion on new packs. Otherwise you too are guilty, as you are not acting even after I informed you about the issue.

    Hello! Though my Paytm account is kyc verified, I'm getting message to update kyc again and again. May I know the reason? Also no one can send money for the same reason. All transactions are getting failed. Please resolve this issue. @Paytm @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare
