@Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

@ShobhnatJaiswal @Uber @Paytm Always pay directly to cab service providers through same PayTM. This will reduce Cancellations, cancellation charges and time. If uber giving additional discounts on online payment, it will also take back by adding additional surge on your user ID.

The hotel mentioned that they had no association with @Paytm and had not received any booking. To this date, I have made innumerable calls to paytm asking for the refund. @Paytm customer care agents had confirmed the same that booking was denied by the hotel and they had passed
