@Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

@Paytm @Paytmcare Due to delay in receiving the OTP, my account has been blocked. Receiving error "Your OTP is temporarily disabled due to OTP limit breach or OTP block". This is an issue from your side why I have to wait for 24 hours? Customer service not able to help out.

@Paytmcare Paytm fastag throws an error on every toll as blacklisted from past 6months. Toll person has to manually add an exception. I had to wait 5mins on every toll. I have complained multiple times and no resolution provided so far. Can anyone help here?
