@Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

Clarify your stand @PhonePe_ if you start charging for mobile recharge/upi, we will completely stop using PhonePe and migrate to @Paytm and @GooglePay . We will not pay a single rupee extra to u. I was ur loyal customer but now I'm wondering if I made a mistake trusting u.

I wish if @vijayshekhar paid more attention to improvising @Paytm CS behaviour & timelines. @Paytm is best in its segment except customer service. CS tickets and their resolution is worst in its segment. Regards, a loyal customer on the verge of moving to other options. (2/2)

@Paytm @Paytmcare what about invest some of the investors money into actual customer support where we can speak with a human? There is absolutely no way to contact a person with issue and no one will respond to your issues. I'd stay away from this scam company's IPO. #PayTmIPO

@Paytm @Paytmcare your support ticket 3120102818 says executive will be responding back with a resolution within 4 hr but it has been more than 24 hr and no one has responded back to issue… Is this how paytm customer care supports the customer so that they can show trust?
