@Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I became a victim of fraudulent transaction through Paytm & lost ₹74K. I tried reporting the incident to Paytm help but all your chatbot had to say was “Contact your bank”.I reported to cybercrime but isnt it Paytm’s responsibility to atleast get back!

@Paytmcare Bad experience of Paytm One swipe machine had purchased from paytm of ₹12000 for school accounts ten months back. swipe machine has not activated till today after hundreds of follow ups. even calls not pick up. no support from their customer executive.

@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I am unable to contact any customer executive whatsoever and my money is stuck in your wallet. KYC won't happen it's and giving me all signs of fraud. If I do not get a call back within a day, I will start tagging cybercrime authorities here.
