@Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

@Paytm @paytmservices1 every second fraudster site is having paytm site for payment as default choice. I will try my best to gather public opinion , so that RBI takes a decision and paytm's license is cancelled.

No Customer Support available in Paytm app & they created automated chat box .. which didnt help .. and for call they only issued IVR .. Not able to communicate directly to any person… Now issue is pending & you have only option- LOSS #paytm @Paytm
