    @Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

    @Paytmcare I applied for full kyc by video calling. First attempt was unsuccessful due to technical error (as told by your representative ). Second attempt was successful and he told that kyc will be completed within 2-3 days but since 10 days i.e. from 20/05/2021. Continued....

    @Paytm what a bad design. If you don't have sim in the same phone, you can't login on the app. What if someone needs a movie ticket or recharge or something else 😡. You are losing customers because of this stupid design. Moved on to FreeCharge

    @Paytmcare @Paytm my paytm payment bank account shows blocked. When i call to customer care they says they will give update in 2-3 business days. Please look into this matter and unblock my account.
