@Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

@Paytmcare your service is so poor, first of all the fact that is your service available 24x7 is #fake, Secondly i have to repeat every statement atleast thrice so that your agent/employer can understand. A simple task of changing mobile no. have taken more than 1 Week.
