    @PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service provided by paytm. I logged a complaint about paytm sound box on 17th August 2022, but till date no response from @Paytm . Everytime I call their customer care, they told to wait for 24 hours. It's more than 25 days.

    @zingbus @Paytm I called more than 20 times but no one pick the call which given on ticket.I also called the paytm customer care and they replied you need to call the no which given on your ticket. Why no one taking responsibility of passanger? 2/3

    @vijayshekhar, For last 3 days I have raised a concern with @Paytm via DM on Twitter, No solution has been communicated yet. Worst part is I’m unable to connect to Customer Care executive via @Paytm app. All things can’t be solved by AI. You need humans to understand Problem.

    @Paytmcare Your Paytm mall phone number doesn’t work, your customer care team is just a bot. Order#18989810464 has not been delivered since Sep 3 by @EcomExpress_Ofc and no action is been taken by paytm or ecom and there is no way for customer 2 report issues @Paytm
