    @PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare my brother in law ordered gold from paytm gold the order got cancelled and it has not been credited back to my locker, its been a month since this happened it is almost impossible to talk to customer care agent.

    I have ordered paytm sound box in Dec-Jan for my shop and after that i deactivated it by consulting customer care of paytm in February. But still money is being debited from my account since February . kindly look into this matter. @Paytmcare
