@PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

@AEHarshada @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Soon after I lodged a complain about my transaction failure and amount debited from bank account, I came with a spammer call to install anydesk.He pretends to be a paytm customer. Although I refused to do so, but it is not possible without paytm involvement.

@PaytmTravel @Paytm @Paytmcare I have booked 2 tickets from chirawa to Ahemdabad and bus delayed almost 6 hrs late Udaipur after that I caught another bus and additional payment because my brother surgery is scheduled at Ahemdabad it’s worst service and operator denied refund

@Paytmcare @Paytm When we go to help section for Paytm postpaid only chat bot replying even after a call to support still they sending same link where bot only replies..if u can't give real support agent then why you do business alone with real customers(humans) ? @vijayshekhar
