@PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

@imrandesai @Paytm Exactly Plus they are doing froad as well made bill of their own, my own post paid bill was extra without any cause and when I call customer care they say we don't have any customer service for postpaid. I am vey much disappointed by paytm

@Paytmcare Recently shifted to Mumbai. I wanted to use a Paytm wallet because of the faster experience but the app has issues which say I need to do rekyc. When I reached out to kyc centre I learnt their app shows my kyc is already done. So what's the exact issue?
