    I am a regular user of the app. However, last month all of a sudden, my account logged out and it did not sign in again. Each time, a failed verification pops up. I registered the complaint with customer care thrice but in vain! @Paytm My complaint number is - 3247158907

    @Paytmcare very much disappointed with paytm customer care service. I tried calling several times but it's IVR system is so poorly designed that I am unable to connect with an agent. After sometime when I connected to someone, she said that it is not the right department.
