@PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

We faced this issue many times. To check this I sent Rs.10 from normal account to the merchant account that my family member has, and in app it showed 10Rs has been settled immediately. But till now that amount hasn't been credited yet. What do you think of yourself @Paytm ?

Still no help after days of requesting. Now paytm is calling me continuously. And am not getting any help from paytm care. I have paid the amount still they are not removing late fees. Thi is clear cut loot. #scam @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytm, This transaction I'd 542790471 for Tataplay recharge of 500/- at 08.07 pm on 07/10/2022. Even after 2 hrs ,not recharged. When I try to contact your 24/7 contact, where my issue not fix. And I try to contact Phone I wait for 23 minutes without answering. Kept on hold. 🙏
