@PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytm Just got a call from 7837001219 asking me to “upgrade my Paytm Postpaid account”. He asked me if I already had a limit. Either this call was fake or agent hasn’t been trained properly - an upgrade means I’m already a Postpaid customer and hence, have a limit! #justsaying

@Paytmcare Hey yes these dms have been useless since last 9days do let me know when this issue will be resolved. Hope its not a scam coz right from 24x7 customer care help to dms every reply avoids talking about my issue or what actually has happend with the failed payment.
