    @paytmmallcare @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Its Been over 12 hours and yet your team is not able to solve the issue. Is that what we are promised. I don't understand the delay when it says return/replacement if product is Damaged/defective. I already have provided video of defect.

    @Paytm Other apps work well without giving hundreds of app permissions that monitor our day-to-day life. Other apps didnt hijack UPI system by obfuscating UPI id with hard to write down random numbers and Other apps didnt made shops display QR codes which are not interoperable.

    @Paytmcare I got my purpose solved. Thanks for the helping hand. But my main concern is, at times the registered mobile number is not present, that time, help is denied by the paytm support team, saying that it's mandatory to call from registered mobile number. There comes the main problem
