@PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytm I downloaded Patm app but in the name of KYC I was directed to open 0 balance account without my knowledge, later on I was ready to make payment, payment failed, soon after I uninstalled the app now I am happy with Phonepe without any problems

So obviously, i tried second time, same amount from paytm app and this time i did got a confirmation from the paytm that recharge was sucessful thanks to @Paytm for your service. And i thought the amount will be refuneded back to my account in 2-7 days as they've promised.

@ltmhyd @Paytm @hmrgov Already called to customer care regarding this and same has been in follow-up from past 2days and Today around 3pm I visited nagole metro station and then I came to know that there is not even a single avm present there👏👏👏 For each every online recharge I'm contacting you guys
