    @PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

    So @Paytm has not sent me a single statement for their post paid service and has now charged me late payment fees and after repeated requests, I am yet to receive a single statement on my registered email id. The RBI by it's law mandates a statement to customers. Explain?

    Digital payments have ther own problems ; resolution of failed transactions taking forever @TheOfficialSBI @Paytm What use is technology if time taken is so long?! Ultimately customer suffers @RBI

    @Paytmcare I must till the problem revolves on public tweet it's always and speedy taken care off. From past 1 week I am waiting for resolution after giving all the documents you asked still no solution. This is becoming a financial fraud now. @RBI @DelhiPolice

    Avoid buying a EDC pos machine from @Paytmcare @Paytm. they'll take your money and never revert. And customer care also won't bloody help. #thieves #fraud
