@PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

Your platform is as shameless as @Facebook and @Paytm filled with scamsters,including your inability to fairly moderate things. Example-paytm and Facebook platforms used for fraud,when I reach out to any of them they do not care to investigate or block accounts.

@Paytm i have booked a bus ticket on paytm, the bus got canceled and its being more then 10 days not refunds has been processed. Customer care is saying their team is still contacting the bus operator to confirm the cancelation. I am really worried why its taking too long.

I booked flight tickets on @Paytm ,but flights got cancelled. I called their customer service on 28th April for postponing & representative told that they will update me within 48 hours but no call, no message,no email till 30th may. @PaytmTravel ,guys don't use this service..

Hi @Paytmcare . I ordered a product with payment in March 8. Now it's May. Doesn't receive product. And doesn't refund my money. But, order page says it's delivered. Called your customer care number. No reply. Delivery person doesn't take phone now
